First of all, Customer service including the Branch staffs members are extremely RUDE! Banks has fair statement on "Same Day Transaction" except Bank Of America (BOA). Bank Of America do operate on "how much can we get ripe off because we are a big bank". So, if you have to deposit and withdraw money and say: withdraw first and then deposit second even within a couple minute away, BE SURE that BOA will charge you NSF (or) Overdraft FEE. They use a tricky set of website changes that bring you to different sites in several step while signing up to trick you into signing up for other services "credit monitoring, fraud alerts, etc" They put NEXT buttons for these other services and hide the "no thanks button in small print with the hopes that you will unknowingly click the big green next button and sign up for several $29.95 a month services. Overpriced for a complex that offers very few amenities and several imconveniences. Fitness center is only open from 9 am to 6 pm. Parking lot is neither plowed nor salted during the winter. After much hoopla, I was pushed into buying a tempurpedic bed - i asked the salesperson, and i quote ' IS TEMPURPEDIC A HOT BED? I was told NO!!! I bought a Sleep Number bed 4 yrs ago (the dual control type). I noticed I started waking up with terrible back pain and it took me a while to realize it was the bed and that even at the highest air level of 100, it was in no way firm or supportive enough to support or conform to my spine. I was charged an unauthorized annual renewal fee of $53.86 on 4/14/08 from Norton.com. I do not currently and have not had this service for over a year. I currently recieve it free from my cable supplier. I have requested help four times concerning Popups and I keep getting advise that I have followed over and over without results. I am advised to enable the Popup Blocker and set it on high, which I do but I still have those annoying popups. Wildblue is a nightmare. We've upgraded the package for speed, but remain the same only to pay more money each month. Now Wildblue no longer supports Outlook even though they say they do. It's a lie. I've entered and re-entered the parameters to setup Outlook and nothing. I used to be a systems admin and I know it does not work. Outlook is easy to set up with any pop email account.
