On April 2nd 2008 I ordered a tension spring from this compnay and paid with my visa. I received a confirmation email shortly thereafter with an order number. On April 4th 2008, funds were withdrawn from my visa account. No other communication from the company to date. I've sent emails to the compnay requesting an order update with no response. I file a "ticket" with the company's customer service with no response. I have called nearly every day to speak with someone, but I just get an answering machine that is always full. I orderd a Norton Anti-Virus which was prompted online since my factory installed was expiring 60 days after purchase of lap top. Based on web research, apparently these 2 companies are connected. They mentioned that the original Wu-Yi order contained a link for this program. Not to my knowedge. Watch out for Dr. Susan Gokel. Casual conversation is considered 'time spent consulting' and will be leveraged against you when you inquire about cost after the fact. My first botox visit was $350, 2nd time (for apparently less units) cost $468 and at least 4 units were dripping down my forehead while she was injecting me. Evercom phone systems is trying to force all customers to go to pre-paid accounts. My local phone company has been paid in full and has tried to find out why evercom is blocking phone calls to my home, when asked they say my local phone company returned the calls to them, and I have to western union money to them before I can receive calls. I was in the process of driving to Las Vegas when my car began to over heat. I pulled off of the freeway and called AAA to have them send a tow truck. We purchased an Edgestar 12000 BTU portable air conditioner and it was probably the worst purchase I ever made. It started leaking 2 days after I started using it. Best of all it just stopped functioning after that. The retailer that sold it, Compactappliance.com was just downright unhelpful in resolving my problem. They kept referring me to Edgestar to get it fixed. Almost impossible to get a hold of live person at Edgestar. So I make up in the AM to find my Bank Of America account is - $175.00 less then what it should have been. I was charged 5 overdrafts yet my account was never overdrawn. I called the bank and they arrogantly told me that I was notified of a new policy (July of 2007) which they put into place in March that in essence allows them to remove debits first before deposits and count them as posted items when it benefits them.
