I did business with Frontier Pharmacy over a year ago. I used my credit card to purchase. Here it is more than a year later and NaturalDietPills.biz has charged my credit card for items we did not order. Apparently they are some how linked to Frontier Pharmacy and Frontier Pharmacy has shared my credit card information with Natural Diet Pills. We have logged a complaint with the proper agencies. Beware of giving your credit card information to these two companies. here is my complaint: I booked with hotels.com for my honeymoon vacation to go to Hawaii. Package included hotels, car rental and roundtrip air for two people for July 6th 2008 thru July 11th 2008. I am sick of all these businesses offering bundle packages, like Verizon. They told me I could get their bundle package for $117.00 per month. This bundle consisted of tv, internet and telephone service. My 1 st bill was $78.16. The bill I got this month was $199.00, that is a far cry from $117.00. I was charged 49, 95 on 4-11-08 for a card I did not send for. The account #032107900500011940. It was taken out of my bank without my knowledge. I am elderly & disabled. GEMB/JCP has received 3 certified letters from me all asking for proof that I had an account with JC Penney. None have ever been answered by them in any way. Since I know that I never had an account with them I know there really is no proof that they can send me. Yet they continue to report to Experian that I had a charge card with an unpaid balance of $1200 that they charged off in 2002. I purchased an oil change (with the assumption that I would get a $10 rebate). When I sent in the rebate with the sales receipt they wrote back and said they didn't get my sales receipt. I bought a Fujitsu computer and everything was fine with it until I sent it in too servicing at a Fujitsu service center in Memphis, TN. From there it took me over a month to get my computer repaired and everytime I called I got a mix message and very bad service from staff. I was not given the option to escalate the call to a manager--only when I called the corporate office did it go to a manager and I still got a mix message on when my computer would be ready and never had the option to talk with the manager directly. I have a work comp claim through my employer that is ready to settle.
