The manger is very rude is not there when she needs to be there and most of all is not respectful to her employees. I have been in this store on several occasions and there would be only one clerk working in the morning and one clerk at night. I purchased a ativa cx108 paper shredder and within 24 hrs the machine died. I did all the right things, oiled it with home depot oil, never more than 10 sheets, 3 min on 6 min off, no more than 30 min at t time. After 3 hrs the machine jammed up and after 4 hrs, the machine died. Shut the thing off for 8 hrs and it still didnt work. Avelo mortgage failed to pay my property taxes, when I called them to ask my taxes were already very late. They immediately paid them, and then raised my "fixed rate" monthly mortgage payment. At the time of my refinance the taxes were already calculated in, so why would they increase my payment?
