they offer a free trial all that needs to be paid thru online checking only is s&h, but when you receive the trial offer it is only for 1 week and the total cost after the 30day trial is 49.95, what i ended up getting taken from my checking account was s&h 7.97, 49.95 1month later, 58.98 14days later and 58-98 2days after that. i still have not been able to contact them for my money and my bank cant help as it was an automatic checking withdrawl. someone needs to stop these people taking advantage of hard working people. they are a fraud and should be stopped immediately!! read full review »

I have 14 days to try the product and can return it by then. The only problem is that they will not accept the return without a RMA authorization on it. I 've been trying to talk to someone on the only phone number they give for almost 2 weeks to get an RMA authorization and can't get anyone to answer. Compass bank debits checks before payroll direct deposit made on same day. When I looked online the day after the transactions, the deposit was listed first and it showed my balance to be correct, then three days later the transactions were reversed and they added two $38 nsf fees creating a negative balance that began to snowball costing me over $500 in nsf fees. Be aware once you sign up any advertising with Idearc Media, it will automatically renew without your authorization. You won’t have a chance to cancel your ad. My ad expire in Janunary this year. There was no sales rep calling me to discuss if I want to change or continuing the ad on the Verizon directory. However, the Idearc Media automatic renew the ad for me for another year. The Vibe driver's side window exploded. It is a 2003 but was repossessed only after 6 months or less and sat on the car lot for 3 years. Similar complaint as someone else on here. They listed a great price on the GPS, so I ordered one. They sent me an email saying I had to call them for security reasons. On the phone they tried to sell me lots of accessories for the GPS. When I said no, I received an email saying it would be 4 weeks because it was back ordered. I called them and they said it would be two weeks. I called a second time and they said it would be another five weeks before they would ship anything. I told them to cancel the order. Fifth Third bank promoted their credit card to me with a 0% APR for one year. Then they charged me a $35 over limit fee at the end of a month when the acct was under the limit, but the fee put it over the limit incurring another $35 fee they post at the end of the month and they did this three months in a row putting me over the limit with their fee and then charging another fee each month. $100 rebate scam. After filling out the long applications and submitting the "original" UPC barcode label, they send an email indicating it is denied because the bar code was not sent in. Shop NBC is no help. Their copy of the documentation submittal shows the bar code but there is no phone number where to call. After receiving numerous spam email solicitations I have unsubscribed several times but I still continue to receive these same spam emails. The unsubscribe information says to allow 10 days to be removed from their data base and I would no longer receive spam from them, but it's going on a month & I'm still receiving 50 to 85 per day. I don't have time to continuously unsubscribe to all of the spam, especially since I have already done it several times.
