My family purchased a 2yr plan back in 2006 from Alaska Digitel. The plan included 1700 minutes split between three phones, text messaging on two of the phones, and free calls between all three of them. Since we rarely use our phones for anything other than calling each other (helps mother keep tabs on her children), we have never had a legitimate bill where we used all of our minutes. They had stated that fitness center was there in the apartment complex, but later during the stay we found out that the fitness center was not there and that we had to travel 5-6 miles away from the apartment to use the coupon they had provided for the fitness center. Bought a vehicle from them in November 2007. It was advetised with a Navigational System. It has it, but to use the system you need a special DVD. They gave me a signed note, promising to get the DVD for us, well that was over 5 months ago. Now they are just giving us the run around. I have recieved another settlement offer from Afni. This time they will accept only half, but give me full credit of paying $479.63. What a joke. I paid my mortgage in march on citi mortages web site. Citi morgage doubled my payment and explained it as a glitch in there system. The also stated that it would take a minimum of five business days for them to credit the unauthorized amount back to me. I told them not to credit it back to me as I was $900 over drawn already because of this and stated that I would simply dispute this charge at my personal bank. This company is been charging me a debt that is not mine. I wrote to every single collection agency that they have used to ask of proof of debt, no answer. Instead, they change the collection agency and the balance keeps increasing, I don't know what else to do. This company provides vending machine service at the company I work for. On 04/02/2008 I used 1 of their bill change machines (#4292) to change a $5 bill. I only reveived $2.50 in quarters in change. I purchased the bottom freezer refridgerator with top French doors. Since day one the icemaker didnt work. Six months later and 6 service calls later it was fixed. Now one year later the icemaker doesn't work again. Without a doubt the WORST DJ company in New York City. The guys at Privilege Entertainment are a bunch of ripoff thieving con artists who will swindle you at the first chance they get. I could have gotten more for my money by hooking my IPOD up to a few speakers. The guy who showed up to DJ my wedding wasn't dressed in proper attire, showed up an hour and a half late (we were already into our cocktail hour when he was setting up) and he was high out of his mind and reeked of booze.
