May 2, 2008: Got an invoice today stating I owe $27 and change for dues plus $27 and change for (one monthe) past dues. My membership expired April 7, 2008. I ordered apair of Ugg Boots from uggshoez.com. They appeared to be legit and were responsive to e-mails I sent with questions prior to ordering. When the boots arrived they felt small but everyone said Uggs stretch a lot, so I figured they had to be worn awhile. They hurt so bad I eventually ended up ordering a new pair from Zappos. National City Charged me a $12.00 product transfer fee because my account was no longer a direct deposit account. As a result of the product transfer deposit fee it over drew my account and they charged me $8.00 four times until my direct deposit came through which had been set up for more than two weeks. Purchased a 2004 Kia Sedona Van from Tobin Dodge on January 20, 2008. I drove the van no more then 5 miles from the Dealer and the “Check Engine Light” came on. The Sprayberry Georgia branch of SunTrust is robbing me blind. They are placing 5 day holds on local checks. They are making me get cashiers checks from the bank directly across the street if I want to avoid the 5 day hold and still I have to get the business card from the teller that generates the cashiers check so the Sprayberry branch manager can call and verify it is real. i bought a new washer/dryer set. the wirlpool duet. it took the company almost week to delivery them, but i understand that's not your problem. the dryer didn't work from the beginning. it took 6 weeks to get fixed. they said they couldn't bring me a new one because of factory warranty. finally they got it fixed. now, 3 weeks later, the washer has quit. it won't turn on and we cannot even open the door. thankfully there's no clothes in it. now conn's says they cannot come out till almost week from now. i do believe this will be last time i ever purchase a wirlpool appliance. read full review »

I committed by telephone to have my timeshare sold under the pretenses that it would be presented to clients on a one-on-one or small group sales presentations with BML Marketing personnel. I made a purchase for my daughter of the Barbie Dream House. This was a special gift to her and I order this with the Next Day Delivery. The order was placed on a Thursday at 11:45 AM. I have advertised in BP since the very first issue. The company name has changed several times over the years. Our payments have been consistent for all these years. The most recent calls from New Bay Media saying our payments are over due bother me. My complaint is about NYCHA I had my door kicked or hit with something while I was sleeping on 1/11/07 and housing is charging me for the door $629. I called the police and made a report and had to call the FDNY because the door was jammed and I was locked inside and they came and opened the door but, the door was destroyed. After trying the make-up I decided that the product was not for me. I returned the product and then got a few phone calls from a representative at Bare Escentuals. After 2 surgeries one breast is hard, dented, has a huge bump on the top, and pops out over tops. The other is loose, bottoming out, lower, and has ripples all around because it was over-dissected. One breast protrudes so much that you can tell - even when I wear a sweatshirt - that it has more projection (about a half inch - obvious across the room!).
