I purchased an IBM ThinkPad from Dollar Computer Online and it was charged to my credit card, but I never received my laptop. I contacted them on two occasions and heard nothing in return. Bought a patio set on sale, but then found out this store did not have all the pieces. They sent us to two other stores in two different towns. Each store was supposed to have our missing items, not! We then asked them to order the items. Couldn't, item discontinued, but item in sale flier for another week! At the third store, a couple was going to get a rain check for the same set. I have purchased 3 sets of the Logitech Freepulse wireless earphones. Over time, they all wore out and split in the middle of the headband, making them useless. I kept all 3 pairs and sent them to Logitech a month ago with a letter asking for a free set. I know they got the package - they signed for it. I also know they haven’t responded - even with a "***". I'm being charged by ABC Powerhouse Gym for membership to a gym that they no longer own. What's with that people? Stop it. You've now taken $58 (2x$29 for May and April) out of my account, which you should not have. Give it back. Get your accounts in order. I bought a pair of expensive Uggs for my 11 year old daughter in Nov of 2007, and barely 3 months later the seam around the toe area ripped. The other boot is perfectly fine. She is not a toe scraper, and considering the other one is in perfect condition, I can only assume there was a defect in the other boot. If it were a cheap pair of boots, I would expect that. I keep a zero balance on my card. I noticed that Capitol One has been placing a finance charge on my statement. I have been making the mistake in overlooking the entire bill. After I called Capitol One to inquire about this charge, I was told the account must be zero balanced for two months or a finance charge will be placed on the bill no matter what balance is on and no matter when the balance is due. I received an email that offered me a Rebate Business on line if I paid $197.00. I asked them if they were a member of the Better Business Bureau and where if Cyprus, Nicosia. It must be on another planet or in Never Never Land because I asked about there location at least 8 times in the CHAT conversation. They never answered my question.
