My check cleared my bank 2/25/08 to Dream Products for 19.94 for two swim suits. I called and was told they were shipped March 5th and to wait four weeks for delivery. I called again and was told to wait another week. It has been 10 weeks since my check cleared. I am put on hold each time I call. I cannot wait 30 minutes each time for no one to answer II want my money refunded. I arrived at Chili's in Carson Ca. with family ordering Bottomless Express Lunch I was told we could not order, because it was after 4pm. I remembered getting a telemarketing call and agreeing to have some stuff sent to me: Liberty Fun Pass, US Patriot Card, and this PRM or PME Health Options Stuff. Was charged 19.95 twice, and then $49.99 for the Health Options. Couldn't get a hold of them until I found a number next to the charge amount on my bank statement online: 866-397-3065. Call them and you'll get right through to a live person. I was able to cancel the memberships and given a confirmation number. The 49.99 amount is being investigated and I was promised a manager would get back with me after researching the phone logs and the phone call, which was supposedly taped. read full review »

I decided to try xbox live for a month and entered my cc info into the system. Little did I know that they would automatically charge my cc each month. I called them up after three months of charges to find out how it worked. I told the lady that I wanted to make sure my cc wasn't charged anymore. I was charged $16.95 by Essentials for Home (800)475-1942 and $16.95 from Value Plus (888)833-7279. I was finally able to reach Essentials for Home and customer service cancelled the "memberships" and refunded the money. I have no idea how this happened, but I believe it was from an online order. I bought a mattress from HH gregg 1 year ago. The mattress was faulty and the store offered me a store credit. I had initially set up automatic payment and had a 12 mnth no finance charge policy. Despite the store offering me the credit, they kept charging me and infact got charged despite me not receiving the statements. On 08/07/2007, I had a complete brake job done at Just Brakes, 4845 S. Pecos Rd at a cost of $520.64 (invoice # 000018638) which I was informed included a life time warranty. I opted for a Term Life Insurance Policy from AIG through SelectQuote. One the appointment was made for a exam, I never heard from the SelectQuote Agent-Shaun Croper- again. After a month and a half I filed a complaint with SelectQuote customer service and found out that the exam subcontracted company lost part of my medical and personal information in an automobile accident. My experience is similar to other reviewers. I gave them a social security number, and they gave me a worthless report consisting mainly of people who happen to have a similar name to the person for whom I was searching. I filled out their email form to register a complaint, but never received a response. Another nice touch is that they will try to get you to sign up for some identity theft protection service, and they make this service look like its part of the registration process. It's not. Purchased new home with Kenmore Elite refrigerator model number 106-52603100 in Sept 01. Every appliance in our home came from Sears. We have had nothing but problems since them. A condenser motor went totally out after about 6 - 12 mos of leaking on the kitchen floor. It could not be determined that was the problem until it went out totally. We discontinue with Weaver Gas and when they came to pick up their propane tank, they also disconnect our regulator which attach to our house as well as the regulator attach to our generator without giving us notice so we can make arrangement for the other company to attach another regulator to our house and generator. Home Depot regularly reseals used and returned merchandise without inspecting the contents of the packaging. Then they sell it again as if it were new. I just got scammed by Home Depot when I bought a repackaged SKil cordless drill kit drill kit that was missing the drill. On April 8, I had a service call to repair my Kenmore Classic Range. The service man came out and checked the range (vintage 2003) and advised me that it needed a new "sub clock/TI" and "Element-BR". I authorized the repairs as I needed the range. He said that the parts would have to be ordered, but would probably be in by Thursday or Friday.
