First Convenience Bank is a joke! I went in to deposit a check and they came back to tell me they would have to hold it for 7 business days. Could not pay bills or withdrawal on it. I bought furniture for 2 bedroom home there and realized later that they made a mistake writing and selling me a totally different colour for my bedroom set. How little I knew, that was a beginning of nightmare! I was not aware that they basically borrow the pieces for delivery from customer orders if they do not have it in stock. The Sears Repair service is atrocious! We had a heater (purchased from Sears) failure in January that was diagnosed the same day as a broken fan motor by a local service company. Since the heater was still under parts warranty we contacted Sears who told us it would be aweek before they could come. Once there, they have to order the part and you have to wait until it comes in before you call to make an appt for the service rep to come out to install. What I also noticed was many responses made by Ryan R (apparently with Raven Media) and he prints in his response their privacy policy and disclaimer. Their website looks quite professional. I should have done more research. I was billed extra for a high end Optoma home theater projector. It arrived OK. However, the serial numbers had been removed from the box and the unit. It developed a problem and I was unable to send it to Optoma for repair. I purchased a panasonic phone, when I got home, I realized the batteries were missing, when I returned to the store and told them. Contact lenses. The rebate offer by Johnson & Johnson is deceptive advertising.They require personal health info plus age of parent. You must buy a years supply then remove the box tops which makes the lenses non exchangeable if the child vision changes. I will not submit a rebate under these conditions. Did not order this. Was mailed to my home without even having my name. It was mailed using the name Chase Visa. They charged my credit card without authorization for $81.00. We purchased out GE Adora front loading washing machine July, 2005. Several times, when doing a heavy load, the machine gets out of sync. By resetting the machine several times has usually corrected the problem, but this time I'm going to have to call a repairman. I ordered a handbag from this company online...the quality was terrible plus it had a strong smell. It was a leather bag but this was not the usual way leather smells.
