After 8 sessions with a coach that was assigned to me because she was a "successful professional" in the same industry that I am in, she vanished. Now, the coaching was ok, I learned some new concepts and broadened my thinking, but I paid for 10 sessions and got 8. I never heard from her and was unable to reach her. AFTER closing cellular account with Sprint, with zero balance due, contract ended a year ago -- and Sprint through IC Systems wants $189 -- but neither can provide any proof that the charges are valid (other than they say so) or even what they are. "Final bill" is all they can/will say. When disputed in writing to protect my legal rights, the calls from IC Systems increase in frequency, rudeness and violence. My mother rented a van from them several weeks ago for a work trip to New York. My mother brought the car home Friday night. Saturday morning my dad came home from work and my mother told him that she got a message saying that the oil needs changed. Me and my dad took a look at the Van. Yesterday afternoon, my cousin and I visited the Rally's franchise in Chillicothe to purchase two bowls of chili with cheese and onions. Credit Protections Assocation (CPA) erroneously reporting information to credit bureau on a cable account that was never late or delinquent. We tried the program for all most three weeks with out any return. they stated that you can make money the same day you sign up. Liars! I shipped my laptop for repair service, after nearly 3 weeks of repairing, and they told me they will ship it back to me on 31st of March, 2008. But 1 weeks later I did not receive it. Was going over my bank statement this morning and came across several unauthorized transactions on my account. It seems they all came from this one source Cp2Pay.com. Have no idea where or how they got my card number but now I have to go through the hassle of legally disputing these charges, and changing my account information. I borrowed some money from Gentry finance corp in Mesquite Nevada. I called for my total owed and sent a check. They (Gentry Finance) continued to call me during all hours of the day, and never leave a business name or reason for calling. All of this was going on in September of 2007. Than in May of 2008 I start getting the calls again. Once again no business or reason is given when calling. I get a break one day and answer and they say I owe $60 still. A few days ago I recieved an unathorized charge to my credit card from AP9 PM Identity for 19.95. I never signed up for any of their products on any of their websites. Forget the $4.95 sample price. That was just the shipping and handling. They are going to hit you with a charge of $49.95-$69.95 for some impressively packaged good that only makes your eye lashes stiff and does little for under eye circles or wrinkles on top of that $4.95. You'd do better throwing your money out a window. Geeezs.. Give it to charity where you at least feel like something was accomplished Avon cost far less and is more effective. I bought Birch service because the salesman promised em that I could disconnect if I didn't like it. It turns out that the taxes were not included in the sales price as promised, so I fired 'em and went back to AT&T. They are trying to collect a $400 disconnection fee -- I guess this is styled to make me want their service again? Be careful with these guys -- full disclosure is not one of their strong points. I went to Kansasland (3167 N Rock Rd; Wichita, KS, 67226 (316)634-1444) oil change. Was told I need shocks, which I had already had priced elsewhere 4 days earlier so I had a round about amount it would cost. They put in the MOST expensive shocks. My bill was $550.00. The bill receipt didn't even say anything about warranty. I had to go back the next day for them to write on my bill the warranty for these shocks. They screw people. I placed an order with Reddix.com and somehow my debit card information ended up on the Primetime Savings Clubwebsite. I may have very well errored in using the Reddix website but when I attempted to correct the problem, I caught hell. The Customer Service Company, which they hire to deal with customers, gave me an incorrect phone number and website to may contact with Primetime Savings. Luckily, I am a longer term customer at my bank and was able to correct matters on this end. I have learned my lesson and will not make online purchases from unknown merchandisers online.
