I have large garden, so I ordered this Auger to help me plant. When I called, i should hang up, right away, bu they first get my credit card #. The call was confusing, wery much presure to buy and add stuff. All was suposed by just 19.95. They charged my 61.75, and when the stuff come, it is useles, too short, and it does not brake the ground. The drill they included looks so cheap, and is not regargable, but has short electric cable. I employeed Precision Autobody to repair rust around the windshield of my 1990 Camaro. The windshield was required to be removed. Company says no information, no charge. The information for the reverse phone number search I requested came back with someone who had the phone "several" years before. When I called with my concerns they told me to read the entire disclosure statement which says they might not have "current" information and that in such a situation there would be no refunds. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed that they do not accept calls. I sent an email to customer support stating my case and have never received a response. Last year, due to a move, I had put my phone line on hold until I was settled in. I contacted primus to ask them if they could suspend my long distance, as the phone line was not going to be active. They confirmed that they would, and I thought I was set. Turns out, I was not. Even though my phone line was disconnected for 5 months, I received a regular bill. I get calls on the first of the month and I never had one late payment. They answer from India with "Option One Collections«. They are very unprofessional. I finally had enough and started recording their phone calls and told them never to call me again. Of course they called again and I recorded that also. I asked why since they already took my money days earlier...then they said it was one that had to be manufactured. Moved in new house in 1987. Lots of rust in water. Called Culligan. They tested water and recommended their exchange tank rental unit. Despite acidity recommended no treatment of acidity. BP shut cards off. Our company paid bill in full and the bank wrongfully held a check we had deposited when the check went through it stated uncollectable not NSF. We called the bank and the error was corrected. We then called BP GAS CARD and told them the error and to reprosses the payment. They stated that the cards would not be re-activated for 10 business days after payment clearance. Just to let everyone know, they do NOT have a license to sell the vehicles they have re-poled or that are on their lot. They DO NOT follow the law as far as having your title within 14 days of purchase nor do they have the vehicles inspected which is required by any auto dealer before selling a vehicle. Butler Custom Caps may have attractive prices but they have the worst customer service and turn around time I have ever experienced.
