On April 21, 2008 I placed an order online for a pair of boots. I finally received them on May 2, 2008. I opened the package and to my disappointment they were size 10 and I ordered a size 8. I thought oh well I will just contact customer service have them take these boots back and then I will get the ones I paid for. Online shopping with New Moon Mall has been one of the most painful experiences of my life. I new the deal they were offering on an expensive green laser was too good to be true (they charged $340 for a product everyone else is selling at $400). On their website, they claim to have 9 of this product in stock, when actually they had ZERO!!! The flip-top cans are no help to us older folks with weak fingers. I have to pry up the tab with a blunt knife because my fingers aren't strong enough to pull it up. Then I have to use the knife to slide around the lid to release it for the same reason. Then I have to wash off the blood where I cut myself on the lid. And finally the can rib prevents me from getting quite a bit of the contents out unless I puncture the can's side with an old v-point can or bottle opener. I called to cancel this card well before the free activation period. Well needless to say they never cancelled my card and we was stuck with an automatic debit of $199.99 out of my checking account. Well when I noticed the debit I called customer service and told them that I cancelled this card a month ago. If you what to lose money purchase invitation from impressinprint.com. I purchase invitations for $45.00. Impress in print sent the item with US postal services they stated that I received the item but I did not and when impress in print was contacted they basically said that it was not their problem so I lose my money. 11/06 - Purchased Stearns & Foster mattress set from the Dunwoody store. 9/07 - Returned to store for warranty repair. Mailed forms given to me by store. Boy, I thought I'd save money using this brokerage firm. Their trading platform is unstable. Sometimes it's up, sometimes down. The trading platform will sometimes take trades which are more than your account value. The JOKE is that this options trading website does not trade quarterly options, which I found out when I wanted to roll to the June quarterly. They said they don't trade them because they would have to be called in. The Reps are also rather short and kurt in their customer service skills. I had a horrible experience trying to trade their. I have a $400.00 money order for my car payment floating around somewhere in Denver. I sent a $15.00 money order for stop payment, the back of the money order receipt and a copy of the money order that I made after I filled it out. Game Stop/Game Informer allows customers to add revenue to your Edge Card (Game Stop Card)for future use. You sell games back to them and you can store the credit to your Game Stop card. However, if you at anytime lose your Game Stop card, you will lose all of the money you have stored on your card. Game Stop / Game Informer cannot look up your name or address to find your account. They do not inform you this will happen. Game Stop should stop stealing from its customers and adapt better polices for their customers instead of unethical business practices. Fed Ex delivered 1 skid/ 12 boxes. My receiver said he only saw 8 boxes. Fed Ex driver argued and said just sign for 1 skid and circled 1 skid because the other 4 boxes were concealed. Don't go there unless you donate lots of money to the hospital because you won't get the same treatment as those who do. I have personally been told to take a patient who gave money over one who didn't even though the other patient had been waiting longer. We were often told to "give them whatever they wanted" but the other patients did not get the same. This woman could sell beach front property in hurricane season. We lost $300.00 for a 2 night stay in an old building that is made to look like a cabin, it was dirty and it stank! We had no water/or hot water at all until the 2nd day. The only place you could get water is from the bath room tub (witch did not have a door) There were no working sinks, no cook wear. At the end of my 2 year contract, and after 10 months of contact with Customer Care at Verizon Wireless regarding issues with a faulty Palm Treo 600 smart phone. Few days ago I bought from my CVS store the newly advertised Osteo Bi-Flex advanced triple strength with easy to swallow coated caplets (price 35$ for 80 pills), but to my surprise the easy to swallow are not so easy. The size of the caplets are so big, that I questions the designer of the pills. Are the pills designed for humans or animals. I have been charged numerous times from these two scams. I have called my bank and they are launching an investigation into these places. I have also had to close my checking account and open a new one. What a nightmare. I will NEVER order online again. I cannot believe the government allows this type of thing to happen.
