After calling and reporting a fugitive who I had signed a bond on, I was told by Leah Hulan to try to keep contact and try to get him to my house. I worked dutifully to send them any information that he provide on his whereabouts. I sent phone numbers, addresses and told them every time he called. I opened my account in February of 2002. At that time I contracted for your service, installation and three receiver boxes. On 6/07/07, I paid $21.15 for a replacement receiver unit since the one that I had originally been issued no longer worked. I finally activated the receiver box earlier this year. They just took out of my account $730.00 without sending me a note, leaving my family in the dark, without lights or food. This was my two weeks salary. They said that they don't have to let me know anything. That it is my responsibility to keep up with my balances. They were very rude on the phone. I was astounded to get a phone call from Wells Fargo about my home mortgage. I was first told by customer service that April 2007 was not paid then the following day when I was bout to fax my proof that I paid, I found out that I was given the wrong fax number! Then I was told that I paid April 2008 and they said I did not pay October 2007! That was 7 months ago! I am now left to look for bank records from a long time ago. I told them I wasn't interested in selling, they quoted me a price of $36, 960 and had a bought already. I said I would think about it. Today, I asked three different employees for help finding shoe strings. Not one of them could speak english. It made me so angry. I do live in the United States don't I. On 5/18 the glass on the driver side mirror on my 2007 Chevy Tahoe was broken. I called the Weseloh and asked how much to repair the glass. Eugene in the service dept looked up my VIN number and told me the part would be $90.00 and the labor $48.00. I brought the car in on the 19th. That is where i ran into Gilbert. 2nd Avenue Thrift Store, at Franklin Mills Mall, chooses to attach the price tags - on all their products - with staples! The staples often fall off from handling. Also... sales personnel neglect to staple price tags to many items. Many times I have found an item which fits, an item I really want to buy. Customers are not permitted to buy items that are not tagged! Whose fault is this? They flatly refuse to price, tag and sell items without tags... this is not customer service. Dropped off digitized artwork with Wolf Camera for processing by Benjamin Studios to create a portrait of my great-grandfather. I stopped in the Smart Style salon at the Walmart in Oak Ridge, TN to buy Redken shampoo & conditioner. Both the shampoo & conditioner had sticker prices for an amount on the bottom of the bottle. Scott's products for sale at places like Home Depot are fine, but avoid the fertilizing lawn service unless you want to get trapped into it like a bad cell phone company! We signed up for the service for the summer, and I was very clear with the sales person that I only wanted to try it for the summer. I was told it was X number of fertilizations, and that it would cost me X dollars over the summer. I was very optimistic about the whole service. I bought a room addition from Four Seasons Sunrooms/Ambiance additions in May 2004. Room was completed July 2005 with a 10 year warranty. Right from the very beginning the room was never properly sealed, every time it rained water came through the roof in multiple areas. The first time the roof leaked there was major damage to a chest of drawers, which Four Seasons reimbursed me for. Through PayPal (account Plimus 4029357733 ca) and my Mastercard I purchased and down loaded Blog Blaster, a program that said it would allow me to put my "ad on 2 million websites" but what I got was WinRAR.exe, an archive management program that had no way at all of sending ads to anyone. I worked for a decade at Quest Diagnostics with a clean record. About a year ago my Mom took ill. She only had 3 months to live. We were very close and the grief hit me very hard. National Magazine Service has renewed subscriptions to 2 magazines without any notice or authorization from me, and charged my credit card. A couple of years ago, I got a few free issues of 2 magazines after buying something else online. This is the biggest ripoff and very difficult to track down who is doing it. Pulled into Raceway because they were advertising $3.53 on Rt. 22E in Bound Brook. Midway through the fill, I look over onto the machine and it blatantly states $3.61 and I get out of my car and demand why its 8 cents higher. Advanced Cleaner is trying to force me to buy their spyware cleaner.It says my computer is infected with spyware. I know my computer has no spyware or virus on it. I have my security set up and i run regular scans.I have reports showing my computer is running normal and is clean. I sent Mission Home Interiors about $800 through PayPal a few summers ago. They "underwent ownership changes" etc., and became hard to contact for a while. Failure to live up to contract and or professionally resolve dispute. Dishwasher, broke - called company sent a subcontractor out. I filled out a membership application at this Video Warehouse and had picked out 3 movies to rent. My two daughter's and I were compelled to eat at this restaurant by waiters on the sidewalk solicting customers with offers of drink and menu specials. When we sat down to eat we look at the menu and most of the items on the menu were between $19 -$40 dollars. I ask about the seafood paella which was about $34.00. I started my look online when I saw my dream car listed for only 4000 dollars.
