We purchased a 2008 DTS Cad. on 3/20/08, and you can not make a telephone call. The recording that is taking your telephone number to dial never gets it right. I have tried everything to use our OnStar, as we wanted to enjoy it, but this is most distrubing. I do not see why they don't change what is trying to take your number and getting through to the people you want to call. Please help. I just learned something. I signed up for a free trial at Ancestor.com. Had to give them a credit card which wouldn’t be charged if I cancelled within 14 days. I tried to cancel today and went through all the steps, but it felt like when I was done it wasn’t complete. My beef is with Maytag the manufacture. We bought a new Maytag Refrigerator Stainless French Door w/ bottom freezer in Aug 2006. I believe we paid $2, 200-$2, 300 and within 6 months the ice maker also quit working. Seems to be a common theme with Maytag. I purchased a scooter from Sunny Sports/Scooter Depot. I have had nothing but problems with it since I received it (later than promised). First, I paid extra to have it delivered with a lift truck but it came with one driver and no lift so I had to find someone to help the driver unload it. Advertised criminal records check available for Canadian citizen in Canada. According to RCMP you must be a Canadian citizen and have person being checked sign a form authorizing release of info. I purchased a 2006 Passat in October 2006. Since that time, I have had my car in the shop 9 times, including right now. I have had several engine and transmission issues, as well as radio, AC, and electrical problems. My issues seem to be temporarily fixed at the time I take the car in, but re-surface shortly after. On May 14, 2007, we contracted with Worldwide Vacation Marketing to sell our timeshare. The contract fee was $599.00 we paid using our Visa Card. We have not heard from them at any time during the year, and when I tried to contact them for a refund of our money, I was connected to some storage facility in Bremerton, Washington.Our salesperson was # 2010 Ron Lewis. Well the Targus model AWE01 laptop cooling station is faulty after the warranty period of 1 year. This item has ruined two expensive Macintosh A1048 keyboards. These keyboard have worked fine before connecting them up to the UBS hub on the Targus item. They have been multiply used on several computers and work well. Ace Fencing installed my fence as requested and on 05/15/08 I was cited by the City of Las Vegas Code Enforcement because there was no permit issued for said fence. I called C.J. Snell, the contractor in charge of the installation about the problem. He stated that he would charge me $150.00 plus the permit fee to get the permit he should have gotten before installation began.
