Had Norton on computer got the Norton 360 upgrade. After installation it said computer was at risk, when I went to run a scan it would not run. Got online with Symantec and let their tech into our computer to check the problem. AFTER about 3 hours they asked if they could uninstall the program and then install it again. I said yes. When they did the program and the person REMOVED my ACT (a huge database program) from my computer completely. When I asked I was told all was working and all the problem had been corrected. I have used Sprint for the past 3 years, and have not really had many issues with their service until this past May. sent in a Panasonic Lumix digital camera to replace LCD with the belief that it will be done in two days as told by its website estimate. According to Fedex record, the camera got to PCVR on 8:30 am May 13. I called on May 22, I was told the camera was logged into its system on May 19. the customer service is terrible. Poor service received when I contacted Sears about my air conditioning unit, which was purchased from Sears, was not cooling. I was advised that I would have to be at home on 9 May from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM to await a technician. After my wife taking off from work and waiting until 3:00 PM the technician arrived. After checking the unit I was advised that the compressor fan motor was bad and had to be replaced. The technician had one on his truck and replaced it and billed me $348. If you see anything about getting a discount on your next order with ProFlowers, DO NOT FOLLOW THAT LINK. Long story short, you end up signing up for some trial rewards program, and ProFlowers passes your credit card info on to them for automatic billing. The process is very subtle and when you call, both ProFlowers and EasySavers submit the "you signed up, it was in the disclousre" defense. read full review »

Centerpoint is incapable of maintaining it's equipment. Frequently, as often as three times a month, a line fuse blows in my neighborhood with a boom and the power is out again. Sometimes it is followed with a louder boom and the transformer is gone again. With the temperatures in the 90's and high humidity, no air conditioning represents a health risk. You cannot contact a live person at this company unless there is a fire or a power line down - the only option is voice mail with limited choices. GreenTrees harassing phone calls to my work has caused me to be suspended not once but two times even after telling them that this will happen if they call my work so it seems to me that they have idiots who don't care about the customer or getting their money if I get the customer fired. I just recently bought a dining set and then an office set. The salesman was incredible! He had a tape measure and helped me and my husband decide on the perfect pieces. Most importantly, he listened to our needs and was patient. We were in the store for almost 3 hours picking the perfect items. The delivery date was set for a Saturday so that we would be available. This is the worst example of customer service I've ever experienced. Was trying to move service for my parents from one address to another in the same small town. Vartec is the carrier. They’ve not yet moves the service. So far my parents have been without a phone for almost a month. I signed up for it because I thought it would be good knowing I can choose furniture, all types of items for the home. In addition to raising customer pricing over $10 dollars this month after having this service since 10/2007, the management exhibit no control over its employees. The employees pick and choose when or if they pick up your refuse, and how much of it they want to remove. We have gone out weekly to find trash left along the roadside which was not picked up, trash cans that were full of trash, broken trash bags they broke then left on the ground with the remains of the garbage that was in them. They do not carry what they advertise, and basically give you the closest match to what you order in their store. Upon their mistake, they will brush you off like it's your mistake and refuse to refund you. I had an accident on 17 April 2008. A R.A.M. courier driver sped through a red robot and collided with my vehicle and sent me spinning. My vehicle was written off a week later and I am STILL waiting for MFC to de-register the vehicle so that the insurance can settle the car and I can buy a new one!!! The insurance company want the de-registration papers first and MFC wont de-register the vehicle until the Insurance have settled it. I joined the gym to loose at least ten pounds, also signed my 15 year old daughter which she is 220 pounds and recommended by her doctor needs to loose weight. The "Unlimited" claim by Verizon is not completely true. Because I travel every week I got an Air Card from Verizon. It works great everywhere but my home so I took it back and was told there was nothing I could do.
