These people are horrible--I recently found out that Aspire Visa was staing that I owe them on a balance that was already paid off...so I called Midland and asked them what it was for and if they could send me information on the account...After ARGUING with the person about them sending me a bill, statement, etc...he told me that I was a low-life dead beat, that will not pay the bill anyway, and I should quit "acting" like I care...Then he hung up on me...So, for a week after that, I have been leaving voicemails for his supervisor only to not get a call back...Please, if you guys know what to do about them and with them...let me know!! read full review »

I bought the Wu yi tea and paid for it all at the time of order. I noticed a charge from IW/Living lean of 19.95 in March. I couldn't figure out what the charge was for. I never balance and look at my statement, since I do not have a shortage of cash, when I finally did so I find over $700 dollars of unapproved charges by twx aol services. after research this seems to be normal every day business with this company, how can the consumer credit comissions allow this to happen. Today, May 27, 2008, my husband and I decided to have a late breakfast at the Waffle House in Columbus, MS. When we arrived, it looked closed; however, there were three waitresses/cooks inside. I signed up for Verizon Fios and was supposed to receive the free 19" HDTV. That was in January. Here we are in June (almost) and I have yet to receive anything regarding the television. I called about 7 weeks ago and was told I'd be receiving information in the next couple of weeks. Well, still haven't received a thing. Then, to top it all off, I've been trying to call to speak to a customer service representative for over a week. Today alone I've been hung up on 3 times and on hold for a total of 48 minutes. Carl Lemke is supposed to be an expert in heraldic engraving and jewelry. On December 31, 2007 I sent him my coat of arms to be engraved on a 14K gold ring and full payment for the same.
