I bought a samsung french door refrigerator 6 months ago and the deli door just came off. It has a cheap plastic nob that is pencil size and 1/4 of an inch. It came right off now the lid to the deli door won't stay on. I bought the extended warrenty and the appliance is only 6 months old and now I have to buy a new door because samsung will not stand by their products. The door is so cheap, we didn't even touch it, to open the tray you grap the tray not the door so I have no idea why it broke and now I have to pay. A One Dollar charge appeared on our debit card. This solitation was unauthorized and we do not want and did not request to be members of this service. The One Dollar charge must be removed from this checking account and this membership be canceled or we will take action with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. When we tried to do this by telephone, we submitted our home phone and it was recognized and we are not going to include our debit number, so that another charge could possibly be credited. I puchased a Child's Singer Coverlock Sewing Machine for $89.99 and paid $12.71 for shipping for my granddaughter's birthday. I received on a Saturday and we drove 2 hours on Sunday to celebrate her birthday. I left the sewing machine and her mother tried the sewing machine the following Tuesday or Wednesday. These people are ridiculous! It has taken about 10-15 phone calls over a 3 week period (and still counting) to try and get my TV repaired. It seems this is one of Best Buy's repair companies for electronics in the DC area. The problem is they don't answer the phones. and they always need to check with someone and call you back. On April 16th, parts were ordered by the repairman to repair a seal around our GE refrigerator. By May 28th, we still had not heard from the Service Department when our repair would be completed. This only compounds the problem with Bray and Scarff. When they delivered the refrigerator, it was the wrong model. When I contacted the salesman at the Hunt Valley store, he offered $50 off the incorrect refrigerator, and then promptly told me that I am costing him money. Last week these people charged $459 TWICE to our debit card. My husband caught it right away, cancelled our debit card, and our bank credited it back immediately. I was advised by merchant to take battery out of mower until mowing season which would lengthen life of battery (my last battery lasted 3 years leaving it in the mower). Quality of food served on Kolkata Dubai route is absolutely disgusting, There has been a serious deterioration in the quality in the last two years, I think the caterers supplying the food are creating problems. Large megabank, umpqua, refuses to issue a bank atm only, NON Visa type debit card. Call to their customer no service people did get their suggestion to set a limit on the visa transaction to say $1 or so, to limit risk. I strongly object to the bank not giving me the consumer a choice here. According to many sources, the visa debit card present an increased risk for fraud, since they do not use a pin number. I have had the horrible experience to work at this organization and this individual Diane Hall should be fired and sued for the tactics that she encourages and uses to try and collect monies for financial obligations.
