I am from Iowa and visited the Mall of America on Saturday June, 31st. My complaint is that I had to Wait more than 30 seconds on hold. Although this is much better than most other companies I have shopped with I believe that companies should hire enough people to answer the phones right away. Barcalounger says they are the best build recliner, but under regular use the metal frame broke in two. This same frame is used in lazyboy recliners and they are having the same problem. When I checked my bank account online I had been charged $31.98, given a phone number and a ID number for customer service for an identy theft protection plan that I knew nothing about. Technician from Acme came to fix the thermostat and for the check up.. A battery was needed, which we supplied.He did not have time to do the check up, but after looking at it said the unit was rusty and needed to be replaced. We gave him a check for $2000, It was cashed immediately. Too late to stop payment. I just tried to buy from Video Direct Ft Lauderdale Florida. I have never seen such a lack of customer service in my life. I placed my order and sent my money (not done via credit card).
