Musicians Friend has terrible customer service. I ordered a Toca conga set that was on sale from $500 down to $350 on the 17th of April. They shipped out some Mackie speaker instead. I had to send it back, and I had to wait until it got there until they sent out the correct product. I end up only getting one of the two congas. I call in and the guy wants me to SEND IT BACK AGAIN to exchange it on account of missing parts. Took over 12 months to get anywhere with my divorce; they lose documents, do not return phone calls, can't reach them when it's a true emergency. Also kept increasing my fees and charging for documents that could never be found. Does not communicate well with other attorney's or send the proper documents when instructed to do so. This company is running a complete scam! BEWARE! You order a CD - Google Money Profit and they charge you $2.29 for shipping/handling then charge your card $39.95 for a monthly subscription to Google Money Profit plus more for Grant Master and Network Agenda. This company installed an A/C air handler unit at my home in the spring of 2007, and charged me $2, 700. Less than six months later, the unit was not working again. I called Locke's and reported the problem and was told that they would have one of the owner's come to my home and perform a dye test to find the leak in my A/C unit. It took them four months to get to my home and perform the test. This morning, I dropped off my Mazda B3000 at Monro store 192 for oil, lube and filter change, brake inspection and tire rotation. people are really stupid! They order a product, but don't read the terms and conditions of the product they ordered. For example, they order a sample from Colon Cure, and think they are only being charged for the shipping and handling. But because they failed to read the fine print, namely the terms for the service, their checking accounts are billed 89.31. Hello, It's an awful experience with the Budget Car Rental at MIA. I rented a Chrysler Sebring on May 24 and return it in same day. I bought a estate 14 CF refrigerator from Mr. Olson and it did not cool right, the ice in the ice machine started to melt and now will not make ice at all the things in the refrigerator all were wet and warm. His procedure, I thought at the time, was unnecessarily rough and Bobby reacted with severe pain when the thermometer was jammed into his rectum. A couple of months ago my windshield was broken by rock on the highway. I had the windshield replaced through my insurance company - who uses Safelite (the Largo, FL office). They were sent out by American Home Shield to look at my air conditioning unit because it was blowing hot air. I told the tech the first trip out that we think there was probably a leak instead he just charged it up and told us that AHS doesn't operate like that. We had to call them up again after it stopped blowing cold air. So we called J and L again days later and they concluded that we needed a new evaporator coil. AHS wouldn't cover it. Last month was a setup fee, and now, even after contacting them to cancel the service on our line, we have been billed again (their $ 8.23 monthly fee). WHAT is to be done? We are writing and sending them a letter. We are about to report them to whoever we can. We tried to get warranty work done on our RV and had to travel 250 miles. we had an appointment and travelled from up north for the appointment they said they couldn't fix it that day and they had it for 10 days. When they said they were finished with it, they told us to pick it up that day, or they would charge us $35.00 a day until we picked it up we live 250 miles away, so we didn't get back down there until the next day. Kodak Estore was unaccommodating regarding a dead battery they sold. Their excuse? I had the battery just a couple of days over the 30 day exchange time. The Kodak Estore would not consider the time that it took for my order to come to me which was over a week. I stupidly thought that the battery was a slow charger, but it wouldn't charge at all. Now I am out the money. Please be aware that customer service at Kodak Estore is very unaccommodating and rigid with their 30 day return policy. I am a truck driver and have a required 10 hour layover at a designated motel in Creswell, Oregon. Because of my required layover I don't have a choice on which motel I would pick for my layover.
