I purchased a black suit (pants and jacket) for work 7 weeks ago. Wore it for a week or two and took it to Troy Cleaners to get a dry clean. They did a good job for a decent price, so i brought the suit back 2 weeks later for another dry cleaning. I ordered exercise DVDs from this company because of TV advertising. The order was put through on my Amex in Dec for $149 then partially credited in Feb $137.65 and 2 aditional charges on the same bill for $31.45 and $40.89 I never received the DVDs - they said delivery for Canada would be up to 8 weeks - so by the time I complained to American Express I was too late to file a complaint. I purchased a skooter and have had problems with it from day one. I asked Ryan about these problems. I looked at the BBB report. Ryan said these problems are not with the 2008 Roadking skooter, so I purchased the skooter. When I received the skooter, all instructions were followed by the book, the radio did not work, odometer trip did not work. I received a telephone call from this company which I do not know the name of telling me I had request a cash loan which I had never done. Manager John Angelo is very rude. He yelled at me and made a scene out of my own expense. We were asking for the down payment my sister made in the morning since we decided not to buy the car after seeing all the added costs they wrote on the financing papers. I have twice received and been billed for Bottom Line Yearbooks from this company with no way to conveniently deny or return these books. They bill you and send no way to even get in touch with them. I do not want any involvement with this company! By the way, for all of you that need the information; I did find the number and it is 1 800-678-5835. I ordered a sample of Evercleanse for $3.95...I was then charged $89.31 for a months supply that I never ordered and never received. The company refused to refund the $89.31. Do not place a special order from Belfort Furniture in Sterling, Virginia! We have been waiting for 3 months for a desk that we special-ordered to get a wood finish that is not in stock. We ordered the desk on March 1, and our receipt states a 4-5 week delivery, so we have already waited 3 times longer than the promised delivery window! Inefficient law firm We have written to this company, that they have the wrong address. The mail is for our son, we have hand delivered the mail to him. He says he has taken care of it. I don't know. I was informed by Diners Club that the Diners Award points that I had accumulated over the last 8 years have been forfeited when my company closed my corporate diners club card (Citi Bank). I had joined the awards program on my own and was paying $75/yr since 2000 and had accumulated about 180, 000 points. Mr. Rubino does not respond to requests for service once he has your money. Paperwork advertises Lifetime warranty on materials and 5 years on labor. Do not believe this. Extremely poor workmanship and once he has all of your money, and you need service on the product he intalled, forget it, he will not call you back. I bought a blue and white diamond ring from Gems TV and they say that they have a 30 day money back guarantee if you leave the tag on it. They also tell you to wear it and see if you like it. Well I wore it for a few days and sent it back before the 30 days with the tag still on it and I find a return and it is them sending it back to me because the tag is worn. I have a greendot debit card through columbus bank and trust. A company called loan shop agreements, in the state of GA. My bank cannot provide any information such as a phone # and address or city. This loan shop collections illegally debited my card on the 3rd of june $190.00. I got a Vonage phone in 2/2008. I was not told that it would be a monthly trial period. I thought that if you signed up it was just like any other phone. Well I had lots of problems with the service. No one could ever hear me. The service was so choppy and I was trying to work from home. In May, I switched to my cable company for a phone. Vonage charged me $114.89 for my last month bill. Their contract states that "UNDER THE LAW YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PAY IN ADVANCE THE FULL AMOUNT DUE AND UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES TO OBTAIN A PARTIAL REFUND OF THE TIME CHARGE" I signed a contract on 4/23/2008 6:00PM and wanted to cancel my contract on 4/23/2008 8:00PM but they are not paying any refund. Contracted for Gutters for Less to remove downs puts and gutters. They came charged me 1/3 and only removed gutters. They left the downspouts as well as pieces of metal in the yard. Some - maybe all of wasauna's products do not meet UL or Asni standards. they will sell you the product tell you they will mail you out the certification you need they never send out the proper UL or ansi approval forms which is required by your local city plumbing inspector to accept. Basically they will say anything to sell these products that are made in china and do not meet US standards in many US. cities. I have documents form the state inspectors rejecting their product. In the first month of having a new phone number, Zoom-i-Net hit me with 4 fraudulent charges for a long-distance service I did not order. In my mind, that they charged me 4 times in one month for what is described on my bill as a monthly service is clear evidence that these charges are fraudulent. I ordered a GPS from Refurb Depot. < 30 minutes later I cancelled. They refused to cancel and still shipped it. They had plenty of time to cancel shipping but forced it anyway so they could still make money on there handling charges. I e-mailed them < less than 30 minutes after ordering and they did nothing to cancel the order. There reply to my e-mail was also sarcastic and very unprofessional.
