Ordered 100 pieces of cardboard backing plus some other items from Impact images (clearbags.com) shipped 9/27/07 to my Highlend, CA address for which I paid $6754 shipping to Impact Images. Impact Images subcontracted Con-way West to deliver the cardboard backing in an agreement to ship on a paleette and deliver to the doorstep of my UPS store address. I purchased a vacation package from Stacey Chriss and Ana Soto of Book One on Me. This package then was booked through GO GO Travel Agency.(Not known until much later). Farm Bureau insurance company doesn't take responsibility for their drivers actions and doesn't pay claims. On November 3, 2006 my 2002 F-150 was legally parked at the parking lot of a country store. After spending roughly 2 hours on the phone with Netgear's so-called "IT Customer Support, " I have come to a very negative conclusion. What is the point of having Customer Support/Service if every person there doesn't understand what you are saying and mutters comments in their language while you are trying to get help? I have to agree about cruise value centre. I have worked with a lot of travel agencies and just plain and simple once they get your money they could care less about you. I have left several messages with questions and concerns and just have to keep calling back finally I will get someone. I definitely will NOT use them again. When I finally reach Marsha I feel as if her attitude is saying why are you bothering me. If I hear one more time I am not really making that much money I am going to puke. I purchased an expensive patio set that was manufactured with a flaw and failed prematurely. The store told me I should take the furniture into the house when it rains and when it gets cold. The tubular frame filled with water from rain, froze and burst. The customer service was non-responsive and finally called with the above inane response. So my gas dryer had no heat on 6/5/2008 and I called Allen & Sons Appliance Repair in Canoga Park, California and was told they could come look at it for free and if I didn't want them to fix it, the charge would only be $29.99. Here is the catch, if you decide not to have them fix it, they will not tell you what is wrong with your appliance. So needing my dryer repaired in a hurry I had them fix it. I have had endless problems with United Healthcare over the past year. They have dropped me from the plan and claimed computer problems. It took 3 months to fix that and get a new card with my name on it. They told my chiropractic office that I didn't have chiropractic coverage twice! I called and they confirmed that I did have coverage. I have filed claims that are still unpaid. Lastly, I just had surgery and they are only covering about half of the physical therapy sessions that are needed for recovery. Adventure Scuba in Plano, TX charges almost 3X's what it costs to buy snorkelling equipment. Go to Academy! The lady who owns the store aggressively tries to sell! Not knowing any better, I bought some snorkelling equipment from her. She told me I could use her pool to try out the equipment I bought. Then, when the equipment didn't work, she told me I couldn't return the equipment and tried to use the fact that I used her pool against me. It's crazy! Don't buy a car from here. I bought a used 2003 Toyota Camry three months ago and the car had a coolant leak and now I have to replace the engine, radiator, transmission. The replacement cost is more than the car cost. The car overheated on the freeway and I had to go 5 miles at a time for 200 miles. Lousy customer service, they offered to find a discount engine company for me but didn't even follow-up. No customer satisfaction. They offer a 2 day no questions asked return for $200. Reneged on two car deal after only 3 weeks. My mother and I drove off the lot with both cars and then after two weeks were notified that we both needed co-signers. We were also told they could not finance after signing took place. They took my 2000 Chevy Blazer as a down payment on both cars and now cannot locate it for me. They want us to return both cars so they can try to cut us a deal on ONE car.
