I will not use them again after my horrible experience. But when you have "Finance" in your name...profit is the game. People appear to be expendable. I warn you all to be very careful. I receive calls from one number that knows all that is going on with account and another number shows up that doesn't. One rep. tells you an amount to pay and another says something different. Nothing in writing but needs money ASAP. Then the wrong move and they take your car. Someone needs to stop them. Hello, Bharamatrimony all of a sudden came up with this idea of auto-renewing the memberships and charging the credit cards without notifying the members. Luckily I checked my credit card statment and noticed it, and requested them never to auto-renew my membership. they agreed that time. Guess what? Do not service your KIA at Shaver KIA in San Bernardino. They charge a whopping $ 150 per hour!!! Also, they don't post their hourly rates. DUH, who would knowingly pay that rate? I am filing a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive repairs. Let's see if they will even enforce their regulations. I was charged $ 1, 300 for a minor air conditioning repair. The part cost $450, the rest...LABOR. They're in the business of ripping off customers. I have tried other KIA service departments and they suck as well. Lousy lousy service. I saw the offer for a free trial of tea to lose weight. I responded to it. I never received the tea. Then, surprisingly, my bank account was being debited by two companies - Wu Yi Tea and Living Lean - and I didn't even know who Living Lean was! My bank explained I had to call Living Lean so I did. They did refund but only one month, not all the months they had been taking money away from me. But it got worse - apparently Wu Yi Tea was still taking money out - and the bank gave me their phone number (not orginally available). When I called, it said cancellations had to be on-line. On June 3rd we had an A&E service tech come to our house to look at our Ice maker. It was no longer making ice. He stated it was a very common problem with Amana icemakers and he was surprised it lasted 8 years. We agreed to the replacement cost of $393 for parts & labor. I ordered a phone from them at a very nice discount. I believed I was getting a discount because I was ordering an unlocked phone. What I discovered - is FRAUD. There is absolutely no way to get in contact with them. They immdiately charge your account, and promise to send tracking numbers and ship the merchandise within 72 hours. Be cautious when signing up with a cell phone company. Get a written contract and fully understand what the cancellation policy is. Don't be charmed by all their unlimited this and unlimited that. I went to Swifty Gas Station today and had them pump my gas since I recently sprained my ankle. It was easier for them to pump than me due to the injury. Well I pulled in and thought the sign said 3.91. When gas was being pumped it said 4.01. I checked the price on the sign when I left and it did say 3.91, so I questioned the attendant and he said due to rising gas prices they charge .10 to pump your gas! Pool pump sizing is based on turning over the water in the pool once every 12 hours; if your pool is 7, 500 gallons and the pump is pumping 1, 500 GPH than you must run the pump at least 10 hours a day. This is the industy standard for above ground pools. Without proper chemical maintance the pump could pump 5, 000 GPH and your pool would still not be clean. I had just bought this necklace not even 24 hours ago. The next morning my neck felt as if someone was taking pins and needles and pricking my neck. I lasted all of that day and into the next day. We bought the Black series (king size), supposedly Top of the Line for $2500. After less than 3 months, there were two troughs in the mattress. Simmons states that up to a 2" dip (with no one on the mattress) is acceptable. It cannot be slept on with that much of a dip. We are not sleeping at all, wake up achy all over. My wife and I are both in good shape and definitely not overweight. We wrote letters to Simmons but got no where with it. I want to throw it to the curb! In early March I ordered several plants from this place expecting to receive them with 2-3 weeks...boy was I wrong. I did not receive the plants and trees until mid May which is past our planting season for a lot of what I had ordered here in the deep South. I contacted their customer service 5 times wanting to know when my plants would arrive and I never could get a definite answer. When I finally got them I had to return everything at my expense. I took it to a mechanic, they said the problem was caused by the coils getting wet. Called the salesperson, he said to send him the bill. He said this sometimes happens.
