I ordered a hair dryer from this company back in April, 2008. It took several weeks to arrive...defective. It was obvious by the package that this was NOT a new product - it had been returned [defective] and placed back on the shelf for re-sale. I went to this restaurant with new renovations and found the prices had been hiked up. The portion sizes have shrunken and the food quality went down. I ordered a yr. subscription to Consumer Reports Magazine for Christmas. It never came. I called Superior Subscriptions and they said sorry, they would refund me per a check. I waited and waited. These people are very rude and unscrupulous. I sent back a RAID device that did not work as advertised. They refused the return claiming it was scratched. I NEVER installed it! They are also claiming it came back with power cables missing. However, there were no power cables in the box. I returned EXACTLY what was in the box, in EXACTLY the condition it was sent. I've had this same experience with Amex twice within 6 months. I was with them since 1993 holding both the green standard card and the gold card. My Gold card had a line of credit of $23K with a balance of only $5K never a late payment. I cancelled the lousy green card in Fall 06.
