As of today we are still waiting for our sixth visit from a Sears Technician to fix our Kenmore refrigerator. We have been without our refrigerator for six weeks. The customer service center is obtuse. They don't communicate very well, nor do they seem to have any record of your call history. Yellowpages contacts me to set up an online ad. I listen to Marc Segan's sales pitch and tell him forget the 12 month contract. He also lowered the monthly charges from $3000 a month down to $100 during all the "no's" that I gave him. Check in too over 3 hours. The rooms were dirty, never cleaned, towels looked & felt like car towels, fumes from paint, glue & who knows. Dresser drwers were lined with saw dust & smelt of paint fumes & your clothes were immediatley covered in dust & smelt like paint. A current employee, Teresa D. Looper has wrongfully gained employement. By this i mean she tampered with her urine sample to gain employement. The way this was accomplished was a small bottle with someone elses urine was smuggled into LabCorp. prior to her employement because she would be unable to pass the test legally. We purchased this as a family Christmas Present. We watch little television at our home, so obviously this one lasted us longer than most of those complaining. Evercom blocks my phone although my phone has no block from my phone company! My phone co., otelco, has assured me that it's not because of them! I received a call from a telemarketer wanting to send me some information in the mail. The only charges that were mentioned were the shipping fee. About two weeks later I had a charge on my account for $49.99. There was a number next to the charges on my on-line baking account but it was not a working number. From Feb o7- current, I have been on disability through my insurance company/ employer. With this doctor certifying me as being disabled.
