Netpolarity sent unsolicited email about a job they felt I matched, but asked if my resume was on any job boards. I told the rep my resume is on Dice, Monster, HotJobs and Careerbuilder. The representative refused to submit me to their client unless I pulled my resume from all job boards. My daughter enrolled in their modelling class on the Mississippi gulf coast before Katrina, at a hefty price and was charged, pay per you class. $100.00. After the hurricane they called and requested she continue classes and after a few classes the just left the area with no explanation at all. These girls were devastated and lied to. Not to mention all the money the parents were swindled out of fpr classes and photo shoots. I am tryiong to return product mailed to me that I do not want. There is a 30 days return from date of delivery. I rec'd 6/16/08. They state I must have an RA # to return product. I have called four times and the least time I have spent holding on line is 43 minutes. How can you help me I want to get an RA # get this product out to them and never deal again with this company. Anyone interested in buying from the roomstore needs to beware, they are the worst furniture store ever. First when I had me bedroom set delivered they had the nerve enough to deliver the bed with no mattresses. Then when I call the office he says oh yea I meant to call and tell you the mattresses were not in. Now why they heck would you deliver a metal bed frame with no mattresses, they should have just waited till they had it all to have it delivered. Doing a routine check of my credit report, I discovered a negative item from 2007. Stunned, since I always pay my bills on time, I investigated. Briefly, Oreck said I owed them $80 for a cannister because they replaced a defective one in 2003 and I never sent back the defective one. I was not told this was necessary, would not have accepted a replacement on those terms, and--more important--never received a bill. Since June 10 when I saw this company take money out of my account I have been trying to get it back. There has been several e-mail sent on this subject and not one has been answered. I know 39.95 does not sound like a lot but when they are told not to take and put back what they took I am a lot more than pissed. We have been trying to figure out why Fig Newtons have gotten so sorry. They are now made in Mexico. They are smaller, advertising of twice the fruit is false (small print when compared to a Kelloggs strawberry nutra bar ... duhhhh), cookie falls apart, has hard objects that will break your jaw, scorched almost black and tastes like crap. I guess Kraft thinks sloppy preparation and quality control is worth the profit or lack of since we are not buying anymore. I received my weekly unemployment check in the mail. As I had to pick up a few things at Wal-mart which is five minutes from my home, I decided to cash the check via the money center there. Formal Elegance is the most unorganized business I have ever been to. They mislead you just so they can get your money. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses March 7th. I was told that they only take 6weeks to return. It has now been 3 months and all of my dresses are not back. That leads me to believe they did not order my dresses when they were suppose to. I noticed a mysterious charge to my checking and called the bank. They recommended researching the site. I did some research and discovered that their web site would not open and google searches for wcspay.com turned up nothing. What I did find was numerous complaints about dealing with BM pharmacies and then having unknown charges put on the card used with BM pharmacies. I was about to buy a ScanPan NonStick Frypan, but then I found out that is was made from PTFE. The company cleverly hides this fact by saying their product is "green" and is not made from Teflon. But Teflon is PTFE and PTFE is known to cause cancer. PTFE is now listed as a carcinogen. So the nerve to sell cookware as healthy when it is made from PTFE. I went to singer specs for an eye exam they are not sure about the price they said its around $60.00 does the price change daily like oil or gold. To make the story short, I sent money to the Philippines ($2, 000) plus $60 charge on May 12, 2008. The money did not get there as advertised, their reason, technical problem and could not locate the tracking number and could not get hold of the specialist. I brought a jet Ski to their service center and my son almost died due to their lack of follow through and review. They did not check to make sure a cable was calibrated on the SeaDoo jetski that they should have been more responsible to verify what was done was correct. Due to this my son was hit by the jetski due to the lack of steering and has gone thru 3 surgeries due to this. As far as the owner what a savvy LIAR! I am writing to report the company Onlingo. I was a consumer and I got the bad end of the stick. The company advertised a ad relaying a offer for a spanish speaking program that you could get on cds. It went further into saying that you only had to pay for shipping and handing which was about $5.00 give or take. If you have a checking account with this company, they WILL try to steal money from you. To avoid this, do not make deposits after 2:00 p.m., regardless of how much money you have in your account. They will place a hold on your money, and then "courteously" pay any charges you place on your account and charge you $35 for each "NSF".
