My husband and I checked out of this hotel and paid cash after the clerk told us our debit card had not been debited yet. I held the room with me card on the phone but at check out paid for the room in cash. The amount was also deducted from my bank account. I have called and complained so many times and was told they couldn't reverse the debit. I now have to try to go through my bank and fill out a dispute charge form. This is crazy. I purchased a Phillips Magnavox TV from Frys on Northwest Highway in Dallas about 4 years ago with a 3 year warranty. From Day 1 I had problems with the convergence and had someone set it upon install and come out again a year later. I was told I would be charged in the future because I could set this myself. I have never heard of having to continually set the convergence. I signed up for direct tv on Feb. 2nd 2008. The package I was promised ans signed up for was DVR+ for $39.99 per month. Now in my 5th month they have billed me in excess of $387 for the preceding 5 months which is an average of $77.40 per month. BMW of Fremont is over charging on there parts compared to any other BMW Dealership in Bay Area. Example will be a Quart of oil any other BMW in 40 mile radius will cost you $6.00 a quart, Fremont BMW will cost you $9.00 a quart also there own auto group in BMW of Mountainview Ca. which is just 15 mile away will just cost you $6.00 a quart, so is this a error or are they following the gas spike which any gas station owner can charge any amount they want and not be regulated. It would take a book now to include all but basically they have a very extensive and continuing problem with mold that is indescribable but I try. They do not follow policy or law. Placed an order online through Global Spa Supply on June 2nd and never received it. Watch out: I did through Google checkout!!! They sent a confirming email but nothing else. We completely re-did our kitchen using all Jenn Air products, because I liked their oven. The top of the line Jenn Air built in side-by-side Refrigerator/Freezer was installed DEC'06. 1st) The freezer door has never closed properly and the side by side doors have never lined up properly. I called to find out why and to get the company's address to return their product. The representative I spoke to refused to give me their address. I actually got it from this site. My complaint is against Carefree Petcare for services not rendered and unprofessional conduct. I hired Carefree Petcare to provide daily pet sitting services to my cats from 3/10/08-6/4/08. On 4/13/08, I discovered the petsitter had been repeatedly skipping visits totaling 21 days. I made my discovery by reviewing a security camera I had installed in my home. More than 2 months ago, Stahls Glass came and measured all nine windows on one side of my house. The windows are large, expensive, and were stained from water damage inside them. Stahl's removed the windows to use as a template for the replacements, and put in plywood temporarily. I paid them half, $640, as a deposit. They were supposed to complete the job in 3 days. I bought an extended car warranty and thought it was great but RANDY WEBB in boca raton, fl; the guy who sold it to me was very deceitful and never returns my calls. It turns out when you call the 1-888-858-8448 it doesn't take you to a service rep just an answering service that is in a totally different state and all they do is pass a message along and guess what I never get a call back!!! CJ - consumptionjunction.com used to be a place where you could see screwed up internet stuff, videos, pictures, jokes, etc. and seemed to be run by a legit crew with dedicated fans. Now they have some "age verification system" in place that states it will not charge your credit card, but just use it to make sure you are 18 years of age. I ordered 2 Kichler mirrors for a bathroom remodel. One was damaged. I contacted Bellacor and they shipped a new mirror. We were out of town when the new mirror was delivered by UPS. The following day UPS returned to pick up the damaged mirror but instead they picked up the new mirror. This was May 29 and we were still out of town. I have been trying ever since to get Bellacor to send back the replacement mirror. They accused me of lying until I sent them photos of the box we still have with the UPS tracking number of the original shipment on it. Do not do business with this company. read full review »

Sofa Mart and its partner Oak Express have no idea how to order and deliver what the customer wants. I received the wrong piece from Oak Express and have to wait another week for replacement. Sofa Mart is worse. They ordered and shipped a sofa I ordered a love seat. They shipped the sofa and it arrived in the wrong colour as well. Getting the right piece would take as much as 2 weeks more. I have no furniture to sit on. I requested full refund I will not do business with them... ever!!! We were given a very long talk by the Gold's Gym "operative" who told us that we would be able to cancel, and we stupidly signed a contract. I have no idea if Terminix is a good pest control service or not, but the commercial now showing on TV which shows a termite crawling out of Ben Franklin's eye (on a $100 bill) is the most stomach-turning I have ever seen. I believe that they could make the point that termite infestations cost money without that bug-eating-eyeball image--who made this commercial--a teen-aged boy overdosed on horror movies? I doubt if that is the target audience for Terminix services. It certainly would make me avoid them for all time just based on a lack of common decency. read full review »

Where has customer service gone? Evidently not to this DQ! One several occasions I have had snotty service, just dripping in bad attitude. This DQ used a pencil and paper to take your order, then transfers the order (while you are waiting at the window) to the register to finally give you the total, the employees are not friendly, they do not smile, even the managers huff and puff- they even charge for pickles! Something to be aware of if you are thinking about buying a MagicJack. I haven't had any problems using it on an Intel-Based Mac. They didn't stock the tire I wanted to buy even though it was featured on their website, so I had to get something different, then it took them 6 days to ship it and in the whole time I kept calling them seeing if they had shipped it or not, they always said they'd find out and call back but never ever did. I tried connecting at different times of the day but I encountered problems especially from 8pm onwards.
