I bid on and won a car on ebay from Bassem Zakhary. Description of vehicle stated "No body damage, no roof damage, runs good." The vehicle is not as described and costs to repair items will exceed $1000. There is damage to the top, to the body and to the interior that is not mentioned. I scheduled a July flight back in May. Last week, I had abdominal surgery and was told I caanot fly (or do much anything else) for six weeks. Midwest wanted to reissue the ticket within one year, and with a letter from the physician, "maybe" waive the reissue fee. Sounds somewhat reasonable right? I ordered flowers through Pro Flowers and at the end of the order form you could input your e-mail for a 30 day free trial for discount on services. I did so and when I didn't call back to cancel, they automatically billed my credit card for monthly charges of $14.95/month. Conns Computer
This is the 2nd time in 3 yrs i brought my computer back to conns to fix (i bought it at conns). 1st time took 6 days this time it was 11 days and they still haven't fixed, so i went 30 miles picked it up brought it to another place (dr.pc) and was fixed in one hour and half the price. Oh and they had no record of a deposit which i produced my copy of it and of course it'll take 2 weeks for me to get my money back, but they sure wanted my money before they would even look at it and they didn't even do that in 11 days. read full review »

Every month I was seeing this $39.95 charge on my credit card and the Credit Card company (BofA) kept telling me I had to contact the company myself. Well, I looked here on complaints.com and found there were a lot of others who had been scammed by these guys. I ordered something from over seas and I guess thats how they got involved. But, why should they be allowed to bill me even in months when I placed no orders? What a place. My family and I sat down to eat on 4th of July Weekend and totally got ignores. After waiting 1 hour and being told numerous times by the owner that the food was coming right out, it never did and we gave up. I purchased a vehicle from JD Byrider in July of 2007 and was told at that time that if I made all of my payments on time that Russ Darrow their co-company would guarantee me financing into a brand new vehicle. I had all my payments directly withdrawn never was late or missed a payment in over a year. I went back after my year was up and they told me that I could not trade in my vehicle until I paid off almost the full balance. I paid $11, 000 for vehicle that isn't worth half of that. We stayed at the Econo Lodge located in Milledgeville, Ga this past weekend and the room was awful! The peep hole on the door was nothing but a hole in the door with GUM stuck in it, I always check the fire alarms this one did not work, the drain in the bath room took hours to drain so that the next person could take a shower, the microwave did not work, well it came on but would not HEAT up, the carpet was trashy, I did not put my bare feet on the floor the whole time. My 2008 Chevy Silverado 4x4 has a loud knocking sound when making left hand turns and can be felt from the floor board driver side. The sound comes from the left side front break. The dealer heard the sound and replaced the steering column which of course was not the problem. They tell me they can still here it but have no clue what to look for. I paid $34-k for a new truck that makes knocking sounds that can’t be traced but are their. Salesman named Cody was very unprofessional; was more interested in making a sale than pleasing the customer. When we decided to wait on the purchase of a 2007 Road King, he refused to talk with us any more.
We were on the start of our week of vacation & decided to postpone the purchase until we came back. This upset Cody so much that he refused to discuss any further questions that we had.
Once we returned home from vacation, we did purchase a 2007 Road King - just not from Big Moose or Cody!

I was using Nochex and they made me upgrade my account to a merchant one, for which I had to pay GBP50 for the privilege, a week into having this account, I had over 3k funds in the account and they blocked my account for no reason and wouldn’t let me withdraw my funds for over a month, all the time earning interest on my money!

I was told that this was a year contract and that I could cancel after a year and that the credit card machine was mine. I have been with this company for 16 months and I just tried to call in to cancel my service with this company and I was told that I have another 20 months on the contract. In April we contracted with Allied Waste for a dumpster to clean out unwanted things before we moved. We received a phone call after our first dump informing us that they had caused some damage to our driveway. The driveway was completely collapsed by an overloaded truck. After my husband and I separated, I got my own account with my old insurance agency. I made it very clear that I only needed the bare BASICS for the state. I was an employee at the mandara spa downtown at the hilton. i just want to say that as an employee, i was very mistreated. but i wasn't the only one. The management there is RIDICULOUS! In mid 2007, I went to EZ Lube for a typical oil change + tire rotation per my Acura's maintenance guide. When I got there, they don't offer tire rotation service and they upselled me to change my cabin filter by showing me how dirty it was. I said fine, change it.
