I made the mistake of completing an online info request for the University of Phoenix Atlanta campus. I have asked them on six occasions to stop calling me at both my home and cell phone. I decided to have a custom bobblehead made of my friend. She is Chinese and has East Asian features. The doll does not look anything like here and is of very poor quality. They obviously painted another doll on their website so that it would have black hair. The painting was done very poorly and the lettering of her name was crooked. When I asked to have the doll remade they said they would charge another 25$ and do not offer refunds. I was the winning bidder for a 7 day vacation at Oyster Bay in St. Martin. They did not honour the auction because they claimed I had an existing reservation through Expedia. Not only did they not honour it, but they did not even have the courtesy to contact me that there was a problem. My reservations and payment were made on 6/23/08-due date was 6/30/08.
