I took my vehicle to New Bern NC Mazda Suzuki dealership to be serviced. Upon Pick up of my vehicle on July 11 of 2008 I had come to realize that the rims were stolen of off my vehicle. Their response to the situation was that they were not liable. They did not and have not replaced to stolen goods of off my vehicle and stated that they do not intend to. I googled this company and found dozens of complaints about this company dating back to 2005!! How is this company still doing this? The house that I rented from this company in South Lake Tahoe is so poorly maintained, that it is uninhabitable! Its filthy. It smells. And nothing works right. Their web site lies. I have lived in River Oaks Apartments for over 3 years. It has been a wonderful, clean, and kept up environment until Avalon Oaks, LLC took over as management. During the winter months, walkways and parking lots do not get plowed. This summer, no one has landscaped around the building. Bushes are overgrown, weeds are growing tall, and grass is rarely cut. There is also trash overflowing in the pool area. Outside, lights are burnt out and some apartment windows are broken. No matter how many times you call and complain, they do nothing. I purchased a laminated floor from Beseda Flooring in St. Charles, MO. It was top dollar, commercial grade Armstrong Grand Illusions flooring, Melbourne Acacia L3024.
