I placed an order and on May 23, 2008 they processed my order and tood my payment. I called after not receiving my order within 2wks to give proper amount of time for delivery. I contacted the number on the website and spoke with someone who said he was the owner. He explained that the website had been tampered with and they were fixing the problem. He further explained that I would be receiving my order within the next week. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone and as of today July 16, 2008 and I have not received my order. This is the worst salon I have ever been to!! I can't believe they said their salon was rated the best hair salon in orlando!! I should have known form the people that work there! Purchased Endura 6340 in October 2006. Sent to repair for hydraulic problems with a host of other more cosmetic problems in November. Got it back in December. First trip flooded master bedroom with fortunately fresh water due to installed screw through fresh water supply line during manufacture. If you want a credit card company that stands behind a fraudulent charge, don't apply for Capital One Visa. I just paid out $1500.00 for an item I purchased on the internet that was ordered, but not available. While traveling at highway speeds for a prolonged time, the engine would just shut down. Just as if someone turned the key off. I would put the vehicle in Netural and coast to about 30 mph and attempt to re-start. After several attempts, vehicle would start and would accelrate back to a average speed of 70 mph. This would occur frequently. Maybe 10 times in a 8 hour trip. The only indicator I would receive from the message center was a bright RED light, all gages would go to off or zero with the exception of the speedometor. read full review »

Over the last six weeks we have been tyring to get our washer fixed from A&E Service who handles the service for Maytag Corporation. They are the worst Service organization I have ever had to deal with. We told them up front we thought there was something wrong with the Drum. They changed the Boot again ( 4th time being replaced) and a water pump. This was not the solution to the problem. I had a balance of 1487.00 on bestbuy creditcard and it was due on 5/3/08 Saturday. I made full payment on 5/3/08 via bestbuy website and they received money on 5/5/08 Monday. Since it was late one day (Sunday) they charged me 65.00 dollars as late fees and finance charges. I didn't know that until I get the local best buy store to buy some items and talk to customer service to several minuts to get a credit. Approximately 2 months ago, the city dug in our front yard putting in a large cylinder and preparing to install new lights on our street. They installed a new electrical system for the lights.In the following days, the owners of this 6 flat Condo building complained about dirt and pieces of tile backing up in their sinks and bathtubs. The city was called 3 times and their investigation advised us to get a plumber.

After paying off the balance on my credit card with this company, I sent them a formal letter requesting they close my account and notify the credit bureaus that my account was closed. I also requested they send me written confirmation of this action.
They have not responded and I am sending them a second notice requiring their compliance. They have also sent me a notice of their new rewards program for using my card. Once that car left, the attendant, Bobby didn't have the car in front of me pull up. While I was sitting there and no one was using the front pump, Bobby serviced 3 other cars on the other side of the pumps.

I bought a laptop from Everex, 'the alternate pc company', and only a year after purchasing it, conveniently for the company right when the 1 year warranty is up, it completely stops working the way it is supposed to. When it goes to screen saver it takes 2 hours to get it off, it won't recognize my camera anymore, and it crashes when no one is even using it. It is so corrupted and messed up, and of course it happens right after the 1 year warranty is up.

I received a letter stating I owed $81.99 for a bill from 1997 from AT&T broadband. They were willing to settle for $41.00. Imagine my surprise! All of our bills have always been under my husbands name. I did some research and found this site. I am glad I did. I wrote CBCS a letter telling them this was fraud at my expense, and would not tolerate it. I told them to cease and desist their criminal harassment, and if they did not I would contact the Attorney General. I sent the letter today by certified mail, so we will see what happens. We bought 2 chairs and a couch from Braden's. The chairs were chosen from a photo and a "similar" piece was shown to us on the showroom floor. Upon delivery, they were not the same at all. They'd only do an exchange, not give a cash refund, even though we they mislead us. When we got the couch, it very poorly constructed. Well I was a first a little excited to get Nations Fence to install a fence for me but shortly after realized that their service and customer loyalty rates about a 2/10 on my scale. The first time I brought My macbook in what I needed to get fixed was not fixed. and the guy i picked i up from had know Idea who fixed it and what they did to it. When i turned it on all my files were gone, my comp ran worse then ever, and had glitches. The second time was to make them fix what they fucked up they called the next day and told me pick up my comp at first ran kinda ok but two days later was all fucked up.
