If you hire Mr. Plumber, Howell, NJ, be careful. I thought I hired a licensed master plumber to work on my bathroom. Mr. Plumber and his assistant broke my main water valve. Purchased a 37" Toshiba 720p lcd hdtv on March 22, 2008. On June 16, 2008 no picture or sound. Notified Toshiba on June 20, 2008 advised to contact authorized repair shop which they referred me to. My wife and I transferred the balance of a few cards to a single WAMU Card. Setup was simple and done through the website. None of this is the issue. Our issue started when we saw the transfers start. All but one worked which is RETAIL Card. Here is the kicker; They sent us a letter stating they were having problems with the transfer. Company only asked for a one time fee of $4.95 for shipping. I only gave permission for them to take that from my credit card. They charged my credit card an additional $69.87. The product was delivered to my house by the bottle not in a box. Several of the packages in the bottle had exploded so the powder which was on the bottom of the container was no longer separated in quantity. I noticed alot of others are having the simular issues I am with CSW scam. I called my service provider who immediately reversed the charges and also gave me the phone number for CSW 877-225-1198. I have also contacted the CSW and was reimbursed charges for the month prior charges. However the next month I received yet again another charge. We own a 2003 Ford Escape with light gold/beige paint that has begun to peel off in large sheets on several areas/panels of the vehicle. There is no obvious cause, and the vehicle has not been subjected to any unusual environmental or chemical hazards. Dealer & Ford Motor say there are no recalls, service bulletins, or other actions to cover this, and that given the age and mileage there is nothing they can do. A quick internet search reveals hundreds of other complaints for the same problem, same model/year, and same color, with similar descriptions of the damage and the response from Ford.
