I need to warn anyone out there shopping for a vehicle in these times of economic woes. Beware of there water garden products! Aquascape's pumps are a total failure anddisaster! I have had to replace mine 6 times in 2 years. There underwater lights are not any better. They leak and short out. Some people consider their product the "Cadillac" of pond products but I say it's more like the lemon of the industry. They try to hide the problems and make you feel like it is your fault. I have just found out this has been an on going problem since the pumps were introduced in 2002 involving 10;'s of thousands of pumps. I made a reservation for 2 nights at the Golden Sands Motel (unfortunately without having seen the place first) in the beginning of the week. On Friday my sister and I went to check in and get our room keys. Upon my first observation of the motel it seemed a little seedy and run down but I already had my reservations and I didn't want to have to search around all night for another one. Travelnow.com charged us for a cancellation that they confirmed in an e-mail which had been booked with them three hours prior. We also made a phone call to their customer care number and was told 'not to worry about it' since the booking had been made only hours beforehand. They say they have no record of the call but we have the confirmation number which they agree is their number but conclude that it will not be honored. I am hoping the Clarion hotel in MD (where we booked) will kick them off the ability to reserve list. I will not pay for a fraudulent charge. Do not use them, it's a scam. read full review »

2 years ago I received an email from them saying that I won an entry in $250 Flight Money Sweepstakes and that I should send them by email 10 numbers of my choosing and that should I fail to get grand prize, I'm guaranteed to receive at least $25 consolation prize. Blizzard appears to me to be extremely reckless handling and selectively enforcing its rules, EULA, and ToU. They even violate their OWN rules. My husband and I couldn't get a loan from anyone else do to some credit problems but the car dealership eventually got us one through Flamingo Financing Company, which was all good at the time. But then we had to move to Michigan where there is no work but we made sure our payments where made when we could come up with the money. I recently ordered Verizon Business DSL for my flower shop in Boston. The first sign of trouble was that I received a bunch of emails requiring me to confirm my order. However, I could not follow the instructions because it required the DSL to first be operational. Product does not meet expected or advertised results. These mess type of gutter guards do not self clean and hold debris causing rain water to flow over the gutters. A personalized blanked was delivered as a gift with the wrong birth date stitched on. When asking for a correction, Cindy simply blamed it on the gift giver and said she could produce another one for 20% off (plus shipping of course). Whoever made the mistake, the correct customer service thing to do would be to correct it. I paid cash for my RV about 4.5 years ago. It was brand new. I had trouble with one of my wheels hitting the top of my wheel well on the 4th use. We thought we would use the tent trailer but just haven't. I brought it to you after calling the people who made the axle in Ontario and Rockwood to tell them the problem. Great cruise but regrettable experience with the travel agent: AMERICAN EXPRESS MARINER CLUB handled the arrangements poorly (I wound up correcting several things myself), failed to make a payment until I called them, and other matters. We moved to the Pacific NW about 30 days ago from Oklahoma. Having used Cox Communications I thought we should go with a cable internet connection here in Oregon. We subscribed to Charter Communications. Every night between 8PM and 9PM our internet connection dies. At first I thought it was our wireless router. On the website pettags shows tags with large print. I ordered a tag for my dog and the print was so small I (w/20/20 vision) could barely read it. I can't imagine someone finding my dog and being able to read her name and the #s printed on it! When I called the woman I spoke with was rude and said she's been printing (ripping people off) these for 20 years. Even on the ads I received with the tag the print appears larger! To top it off, it was sent with an 's' hook to attach to the collar with pliers--as if my dog will forever have the same collar! We recently purchased two items from Sears. The first one is a Ping Pong Table. I asked the Sales, do they deliver and assemble for us. Of course, he replied. We paid the additional charge for delivery. Afterward, SEARS called us (very rude) and confirmed the delivery date. Once they delivered to my house, they simply put it on the floor.
