I purchased a stair lift from Acorn Stair lifts. The chair lift required repair. I phoned Acorn to see who I should take the chair to. They sent me to their closest dealer to me which is in Indianapolis (60 miles away). The repair man made several trips, unable to fix the chair. Then he took my chair to his shop in Indianapolis. I have an unauthorized charge of $39.99 on my credit card. I joined for one year. After joining, the web site would never let me play chess. The web site worked great until I joined. I never gave permission for my credit card to be left on the site nor for any more charges to be put on my card. The credit card has an expired date on it but the company Intrust allowed the charge. I am unhappy with the way the move was handled. The following issues: 1. The people did not have the tool box to disassemble/reassemble my furniture. I had to do it by my self 2.
