On July 7, 2008 I order ANTI VIRUS SCAN program from my computer, which cost was $30.76 and for that purpose I submit my credit card number. For my surprise I never received what I order and suddenly additional my credit card was charge with the following amounts: $41.01 and $25.61. I purchased a Milano 150 cc scooter in May. The scooter has had several problems. I call the 800# on the website and leave messages no one ever call back I have sent then numerous e-mail and no replys. I had a scooter tech to call them for parts (which should be under warranty) they do not respond to his calls or e-mails either. I live in Colorado, so I depend on good customer service. Superlative sales reps sign you up for a one year contract to have a website hosted through them. What they don't tell you is that the contract automatically renews for another year on its anniversary, and they will not cancel mid-contract. Customer service rarely returns a phone call or responds to an e-mail. I purchased a 2004 GMC Envoy on 04-27-07 with 34, 125 miles on it. Since then I had a brake pad fall off while I was driving the vehicle. I replaced all four brakes, rotors, and tires. Booked a hotel to visit the wild animal park thought that my girlfriend and I could go out and have a good time. Except that the room we were given had a broken AC and the room was easily 80 degrees.
