My story is exactly as the others...Pamela Steele contacted me about my loan approval. I, too, sent them the money to a Patrick Letraught in Canada. On 7/13/08 I ordered a camera they had just put on sale, the Canon Powershot A720. When I got my email order confirmation I noticed that the shipping date was two weeks away. I will write this simple with no profanities. Put a request on online Moving portals. I have got calls from around 10 companies. Judith from Destination Movers, was the one who called me and followed up with me on my move. Since I travel a lot I did not have real good time on hand for this Cross Country move. They called ahead of time to say when they would arrive. The only good thing they did was arrive on time. However, the guy had the wrong work order. We explained that we didn't want any new direct tv boxes, as wel already had our own. We just wanted to hook up our existing boxes. This company collects additional money for service and repairs and leaves their customers hanging. Have had repeated phone problems on three different numbers over 5 year period. For the first three years calling monthly about noise on the line. Their refusal to keep lines open and lines updated is legend; their current response time of over a week before repair service arrives is obsurd. I went to American Dental Concepts because one of my teeth wasn't feeling right. I wasn't in any sort of pain but I wanted to have it looked into. When called the office, they asked when I would like to come in so I told them I'd like to come in whenever they had an opening. the website did not say you needed a destination in order to obtain a passport thru them. I tried to get out of the site, but they took my money. The next day customer service said that they would send me a refund form. If you don't send this back within 72 hours, they keep all the money. Luckily I went to the library the next day. Let me start off by saying this monitor was never abused, I take very good care of my stuff. I purchase four new tires on 9/2/08, a few months later, there were thumping noises coming from the tires, I took the car back to sears and was told that there as nothing wrong with the tires, I then took the car to BMW and was told that the problem were the tires. Worst company I have ever rented from. I was told that I was going to get my apartment in July and the move-in date kept being pushed back further and further! At first the reasonings were acceptable (replacing carpet, cleaning, etc.) but now they are trying to claim that it is going to take them another two weeks, maybe longer, to clean carpets! Airtran is the worst airline to deal with. The worst Customer Service. They have affordable flights but once you purchase they hit you with a bunch of fees or the service is the worst. I say this because I have used the airline on 3 occasion. The first time they were behind schedule and there was a delay of more than 6 hrs. All they gave was was a food vocher of 5.00 dollars to use in the airport which won't even cover a meal and a 25.00 off coupon on your next flight that expired within 3 months. I took the Razoreye trial service for the 3 day free trial, and upgrade to Web Detective. I cancelled 3 days later. That was May 16, 2008. As of today I have been billed $38.83 in May, June, July!!! I have Filed a complaint with my Master Charge card, and will call the Better Business Buearu today. I paid for some jewerly in the beginning of July, but never received the products. I have sent several e-mails, never got any response whatsoever. I paid through Paypal, so I have disputed this issue and I hope some day to receive my money back. I have been shopping from net shops all over the world, and have never received so lousy service. Two years ago, I purchased some items for my baby boy. Several of the items sent were not what I ordered.
