In January of 2007, I had an Ansul system installed in the kitchen of my bar/restaurant by Northland Fire. My old dry chemical system was outdated and I was told it might not put out a fire. I called the toll free number @ RCA; I was told that they would replace the unit for an exchange fee of $74.00. This is half of the original purchase price of $149.96 plus tax. The taking of ther pictures was good, but the woman told us our pictures would be ready August 6th. We show up around noon that day and she said they were not in, but should be in by three.
