My celphone which i bought on 4/12/07 fro Vijay Sales Prabhadevi Mumbai is not working from feb 2008. I have a warrenty card of 1 year with the celphone so i have given it back for servicing to the company service center. After 20 days they have given it back to me that time it was working properly but after 15 days days same problem occured. Ihave given it back to the company and haven't take it back from them till yet. i m facing the same problem again n again and want a permanent solution. I was at a Chattanooga Arbys and a hungry couple came in and wanted to work for food. They looked pitiful and hungry. While visiting KFC/Taco Bell today, my husband and I noticed black mold on the walls, the ice dispenser and soda dispenser. Along the side of the wall where the drink dispenser is, there is Black Mold Everywhere. The floor is disgusting and filthy with food all over. I will never go back there. Where ever the Manager is of this KFC, he needs to be fired! He is not thinking about the public safety. My God! We take our children there for a quick bite to eat. My Son and Future Daughter in law took their 6 week daughter to get her 1st pictures done. They chose the one where the parents hold the child in their hands. the picture should of been printed landscape (like a rectangle on the long side) instead it was taken the other way. I am WARNING anyone who is considering placing an order with this so called business. STOP, go to another site. This company states on their website to cancel an order you must try and do so within an hour of placing an order. I tried to do this within 10 minutes of placing order. I completed a purchase online on August 6, 2008. The ordering procedure was extremely misleading and gives you no opportunity to make changes to your order or to review the order before finalizing the purchase. The website advertised a special of buy one get one free. I purchased a barbecue grill from the Fortunoff store in Southampton a couple of months ago. Within the first week of purchase, I noticed water stains on a few of the surfaces of the grill which would not come out at all, although not all of the surfaces. This product is a scam... you pay almost 200.00 They tell you it works... and you need to be patient and give it time. But then when you do give it time to work... which it doesn't... they will not give you a refund! They say the refund is only in thirty days... but to use the product properly you need 60 to 90 days. It acts on the hair cycle which grows every eight weeks. I got a defective Ativa digital picture frame with remote from Office Depot for Christmas. I tried numerous times to exchange it at Office Depot, but they never had any. Ill try to make a very long frustrating story, short. My husband and I purchased hughes net wireless internet service in January. We live in a rural area with no options for other service. I am still receiving calls from Dell Finance group asking for someone named "Marleen". I have now received 14 calls and spoken to six different people. I have told each of them that they have the wrong number, yet they continue to call. They have apologized and said they will remove my number from the list, this hasn't happened. If I tell them once they have the wrong number when they call from 866-395-5011 they call back next time trying to restrict the caller ID information using *67. First: Both my dishwasher and clothes dryer broke at the same time. Since I bought them at Sear's, I decided to see if they could fix them.
