We have been waiting 9 months to have faulty goods replaced/repaired and still waiting
Finally ran out of patience and want our money back
suddenly they seem to have lost all knowledge of our complaint and we have to start again

I purchased a Honda Fit from lucas Honda on June 12th and I can truthfully say this will be the last Honda I buy. I was treated shabbily and was not made welcome by the organization. I should have walked and went elsewhere but they are the closest dealership to my home. A follow-up was never conducted by the dealer and I feel like they ripped me off when we went to finalize the agreement. I was with Hughesday back when it was Direct Way. I wasn't crazy about the company, but since we in Lamoine do not qualify for Al Gores remote area DSL program (sic) I was forced to pay the high prices of Hughesnet for my home business. I bought all my equipment, since in the winter I would have to shut down my service to visit my company locations.

When my Dell starting slowing down and having a lot of pop up ads, I took it to my local Best Buy.
I paid the Geek squad $60 for a diagnostic exam of my computer.The repairman told me my computer needed a new anti-virus and to be cleaned up.He assured me it was fixable.I paid another $260 to have my Dell repaired.
Days later I picked it up and took it home, only to find that it still ran slow, still had pop ups but now turned off on it's own.

I ordered by phone a 2008 Norton Internet Security upgrade for $57.84 and was charged that on my credit card plus a charge of $42.79 for somethng I never ordered. The ordering procedure took too much time and I have at least ten numbers such as priority, order confirmation numbers and a lot of other e-mail which is to further complicate a rather simple order. After many calls, I cancelled my order and will never use Norton products again. As far as I'm concerned, that is illegal to put a charge on your credit card without the persons knowledge. read full review »

When they have an apartment for rent which is located in Boger City District of Lincolnton Nc, A/K/A Williams st.
They will post a for rent sign at the end of williams st, Duplex apartment for rent call.
When you call they will let the answering machine pick up so they can screen the calls.
If your black or mexican they will not call you back unless its to say they have already rented the apartment or house.

Do not move into this apartment complex. I am a current resident here. There is serious parking problem. Every unit has a covered parking space, but it's blocked daily. I can not access my parking space due to other residents or their guests parking in the fire lane, blocking my and neighbors parking space. This has made me late to work too-when I do park in my space at night & in the morning, I can't back out my car due to a car parked behind in the fire lane (where there are many signs that sate "NO PARKING".

Was fitted for this bra and loved it so I bought seven.my complaint the underwires are coming through the bra under the arm.Took back to the store and they was replaced and guess what the underwires did the same thing.Most of my problem was with the black and brown bra but now the white also, but got two moths ware out of that one.Sadly I will not be buying anymore of these bras even tho they fit and feel great. read full review »

Called the company, they have said that they would cancel the deductions and gave me a confirmation number. On May 5th 2008 I purchased a Staywell electronic pet door from Moore Pet, within the first 3 months all 3 of the infrared collar tags had failed at least once. Moore Pet's response was "Call Staywell" to Staywell's credit they did replace the tags. Replacement took about a week and during this time the dog affected had no access to outside at night (morning cleanups)

This guy took $2, 900.00 from my Father to file my Dad's chapter 7 Bankruptcy (no written retainer agreement). In a little over a year he never even finished the paperwork, never had my Dad sign the paperwork, never filed the case. My father died in June 2008. About 2 years ago I financed a laptop from a booth located in the Riverwalk Mall in Texas. And through non-payment the account was sent to a debit collector. My phone rang nonstop and reluctantly i finally answered and setup a payment plan of $700 a month for 4 months and then all would be paid. And then another collector by the name of Absolute Resolution Group is calling stating that they have the original hard copy of my contract. I recently stumbled upon one of Amie's complaints. I read it objectively and sent her a response via email. After doing so, I decided to take a look at Amie's complaint posts. I literally started laughing so hard that I spilled my water onto my mouse and had to go grab my wireless mouse. Apparently, if I were Amie, I would have sent a complaint to the company that manufactured my mouse because it stopped working after I spilled water on it. This complaint starts with the normal issues like weeks to get to a repair or closing all 5 pools for weeks because one pool was vandalized. I would rate their response and concern for tenants happiness at about a 3.5 out of 10. Oh and just a warning, i went without any TV for 5 months because the maintenance men kept disconnecting the satellite equipment to roof (no cable tv offered) and the average electric bill for 800 sq.ft. is $250 (and thats with the thermostat at 80 degrees over 12 hours a day).

I purchased a Samsung 50" Plasma TV on 3/2/08. On 8/3/08, it stopped working. No picture, no sound. I did the usual, checked the cable box, checked the connections, checked the surge protector, unplugged and replugged the unit. Nothing.
