I have tried to search the BBB for this particular company but cannot find it. Where can a formal complaint should be filed? Also, the provider should also reported - how can they let an external billing charge be included in their bill unless they have are in collusion with these company? I bought a Christmas present at target which cost $150. I started shopping early in September and noticed that they have a 90 day return policy. I understand this so I am not requesting a refund just a store credit. I was told that they will do nothing. The item is unopened and they still sell the product. I went to them to have my computer memory replaced and upgraded. The technician was rude. He also smelled like alcolo. He wanted to take advantage of me: he thought I did not know anything about computers, so he replaced my memory with low grade one. To Whom It May Concern: We recently purchased a mattress from Boscov that we feel is defective. It has a weak spot on one side and a ridge down the middle. We complained to customer service and a person came out to inspect the mattress. The person who came out to see it acknowledged the weak area, but Boscov claims it is within manufacturer's specs and refuses to exchange or replace it. I cannot sleep comfortably on the mattress and cannot believe that the ridge down the center and the irregularities in firmness across the surface are up to any standard of quality. Watch display failed during 1 year-warranty. Sent it twice to Casio's designated western US repair service, once to them directly. Returned unrepaired all three times. I made numerous calls and never talked with anyone with authority. In spite of several promises, no one ever called me back. Watch is useless in cool or cold weather. My brother has been in the Marines for about 3 years and to make this short he attempted sucide about a month ago and nearly died and then again last night he attempted suicide and they just sent him home. In between attempts when he tried to get help his unit told him to "suck it up" and gave him hell when family tried to get him help. When I book the vanlines, I had the impression that the total cost would be $630.00 including everything. The representative (Edwin) never mentioned about the new cost to me before booking. If I were told I would not have booked this vanlines. I don't think this is a good business practice when the customer is not aware of the total cost during the booking.
