I had to get a credit report in order for my daughter to rent an apartment in Miami Beach, FL. I tried the 3 above mentioned companies to get this report online: Credit Diagnosis, Privacy Matters, and PM Identity. They all first required my credit card number before any information was exchanged, which I did online. Because I live in New Zealand, with a New Zealand address, none of the companies could get me a credit report. If you order it, you might as well plan on hiring a moving team. Although this website's shipping policy says that the driver will assist you with getting the shipment off of the truck, I found out the hard way that you should be prepared that they won't. This service is very unprofessional and the service is very poor. We do acknowledge that the older/senior seasoned repair represenatives are very good and understand that the customer comes first. It is the younger and non-senior repair men that are very unprofessional and rude. The company needs to examine the way they do business before they will be forced to close their doors. We bought custom-made drawers from CTAD previously through EBAY. He went way over his promised delivery date but compensated by giving us free delivery. We were so pleased with the quality we decided to order more drawers through his website trusting that he would deliver as before. I canceled the same day I joined which was 6/1/08, On 6/2/08 they charged my card. I called my card company. They said to see if it was taken off on my next bill, which I did check. I received a defective DVD from this club, and there is no way to speak to a person, it is all aoutomated. The only way I can get it fixed, is if I pay MORE shipping and handling and send it back, and two to three weeks later I can then maybe finish watching the movie I was 90% done with. After cancelling within the time, they continued to bill my credit card (unauthorized) and then they began putting an unauthorized charge on my credit card to a Wellness Watchers MD of $59 per month. I never even heard of them, but found out, after doing some research, that Urban Nutrition and Wellness Watchers are the same. I purchased the RCA DVD recorder and VHS combo from Walmart in Fort Wright, Kentucky as a family gift in December of 2006. We didn't use it much because it was hard to configure correctly and get it to perform the function you wanted. Once my son started using the dvd recorder function, it only worked about a month. After many months of searching for a vehicle that I wanted I found on, May 9th 2008 in Detroit Lakes, MN. After looking into the dealer a bit I realized that they were a bigger dealership with 2 other dealerships throughout the state. I made the deal over the phone because I was over 2 hours away.
