Do not, under any circumstances do business with these people. They are con artists of the first order. They are middle men, have no product, specialize in delay stories, confusion, misinformation and outright lies. They are unable to honor any shipping commitments, and based on a review of other complaints, when they finally deliver, you get junk. I have been charged for a 7/4/08 order that was cancelled 7/31/08 and still not delivered as of 8/18/08 even though they charged my card on 8/5/08. I'll now be in a prolonged battle over this. Wow! This card has been a nightmare. I have credit available, but they decline charges. Each month I get at least one charge - along with the $10.95 monthly fee. More often than not, I get two charges, amounting to over $70, in addition to the $10.95 monthly fee. I have paid and paid and paid, to keep my credit strait - but I am really fed up with their tricky ways. All of the dvd's were badly scratched. The sixth season dvd's had english subtitles taht took up half the screen, were in jibberish, and could not be turned off by a menu selection. This Quizonos was in Otay MEsa near the border of San Diego. People there are rude, cold, unfreindly, and snap at you. 3 of the young girls there where talking about their personal life and one lady look very pissed. This company is not very responsible. I placed an order for an item that was stated as being in stock at the time I placed the order. It was to be shipped with in 5-7 business days. After two weeks I contacted customer service via email. I was informed that the item was on backorder and that my credit card would not be charged until the item was ready for shipment. I was given a new shipment date. I cancelled the order since it was going to be 2 more weeks! When my credit card statement arrived I found that they had already charged my card for the item the day after I originally ordered it. This company has not paid me for notarial loan closing work as contracted in June 2008. I have called their phone numbers, but reach a recorded voice that their phone numbers are disconnected. I just discovered that there are other similar complaints. Westerra Credit Union has put forced-placed auto insurance, for an additional premium, on my car loan, even though I have car insurance since the origination of the loan an dit has not lapsed. I recently had a plumber to our house (8/18/08) from Weddle Plumbing to fix a leaky faucet (brand new) and plumbing. The gentleman was very nice and arrived in a timely manner. Part of the way through the job, he said he would need to use plumbers putty to adhere the drain trap to our new sink. He mentioned he would need to go back to the store to get this. I was an Invited PAID agent to attend PROSCOUT. We get paid $200 plus hotel, airfare and meals. All the agents show up for a fun time out of town. I have an unauthorized link on my computer for Antivirus 2008 protection that cannot be deleted. It says it is in use and cannot be deleted. Additionally, it is trying to force me to buy this software I do not need. It interrupts my internet usage and in some cases does not allow me to open needed files.
