I have been utilizing this dry cleaners on and off for 5 years. I dropped off two shirts to be dry cleaned; one was silk--I gave them specific instructions NOT to pin or staple the shirt since it is SILK. The clerk wrote "special care" on the silk shirt. I bought a Bushnell Onix 400 for the XM weather mapping feature. I spent an additional $ 150.00 for an XM weather account. It will not work on the Bushnell unit. This dry cleaning establishment has twice lost my clothing. The first time I was upset but accepted the fact that my clothes were lost since I understand that mistakes can happen. The second time the man behind the counter told me that it was my fault that my clothes were lost because I'd come in earlier that week (I had not) and changed my name (to "Amad Uhaz") and address (not my address). My problems began when my former mortgage company sold my two (2) loans to ASC. I have a primary loan and a supplementary loan. This loan servicer or lack thereof is pathetic. They received my loan on 7/1/08, committed a RESPA Violation by not notifying me with 15 days as required by law. Instead they sent a welcome letter dated 7/30/08. They have not posted July and Augusts payment. There telphone lines consistently say "we are unable to take your call and hang up on you". Central Coast Nutra charged my credit card $ 41.95 for 2 additional products that I did not order, nor was I given a confirmation form showing exacatly what I would be charged.
