I ordered the quicklawn product from a commercial I saw on TV in July of 2008. I was on my cell phone at the time. The grass was supposed to cost 39.95. I believe. I went to the website to sign up for the 25 day "risk-free" trial. I was mislead down a path that asked for my credit card. Have had Time Warner Intergrated T-1 service for our retail/wholesale food company for years without any problems; was contacted by ATT Win Back and told I could get the same level of service for $200/month cheaper by switching to ATT. The pilot on my eight yr old Rheem water heater continues to go out. I have notified my home protection plan several times and thus had several different plumbing companies check it out...to no avail. The thurmal couple has been replaced twice, the pilot orfice 'cleaned out' twice, and at other times it's just been lit and off they go...I've never been advised to replace the hot water heater. Something has to be done about the qustionable business practices of Verizon's phone book company called Idearc Media. They will call you every week trying to get you to agree to a costly phone book listing and you tell them no, only to find a monthly bill for service you did not agree to and vehemently declined. I recently purchased a BRAND NEW 2008 Honda Accord Coupe. I called and complained of a recent WATER LEAK just above my gas, break and clutch pedals. I was shopping at Advanced Auto Parts today for cleaning supplies. When I was done gathering what I needed, I went up to the counter to get in line. From June through October I have tried to get Stearns and Foster to honor their mattress warranty. After 5 months of use the pillow top material has shifted toward the center of the mattress resulting in "crowning" (Stearns and Foster words).
