I visited the goodwill store on Geary st on August 23, 2008. For the second time, a store employee has been quite rude to me. She is tall, thin and African American. After 4 or more years with Bank of America, I was never late, never missed a payment but suddenly get a letter raising my interest rate to 30%. Once I realized this I called them to see if it was a mistake, but it turned out a mistake to call them, they closed my account and forced me into a repayment program, which was a lower rate but also damaged my otherwise great credit standing by closing the account. I was told if I did not close the account they would anyway and then charge me high interest!. Poor management here. Raises are given only to certain empoyees (women). Waitresses never split tips with any other staff. Although the rule book states they should. This is never enforced. Female bartenders steal hundred dollar tips out of tip jar. (I have caught them). When I reported this no action was taken against the bartender. Managers have open affairs with the waitress staff. Healthways gave some misleading information at an earnings conference call which is alleged in a shareholder lawsuit. Just as an FYI... the stock on this company dropped from the high 60s to the mid 20s since the beginning of 2008. Closets by Design - RUN don't walk!! This company is HORRIBLE. I used them May 2006 and they send out the professional and responsible person to "sell" you. Once they have your down payment they got you and all pretense at professionalism END. Do not buy lace wigs here. They say they will order you a customer piece and then give you a stock piece. I ordered several custom wigs and all were the wrong size. Brought my car in for a brake job because one of the calipers had hung up causing the pad to wear very rapidly resulting in grinding on the disk. Edgar Zuniga was contracted to do drywall services on my home. Edgar was payed in full and started ripping out walls. After beginning Edgar left to Mexico. After several weeks went by and my walls were torn up, I called Edgar numerous times. He finally responded and wanted to settle for 1/4th the price I paid him. I told him this is unacceptable and he just tore walls out without doing any drywall. Edgar got angry and said just take me to court. Now I had to get a new contractor and since edgar did not do anything to texas code it has costed double to fix. I have taken my grand-daughter to have her pictures made, since she was 1 week old, 1 month old, and 2 months old. I bought my 2005 KIA Spectra5 new in September 2005. My intitial gas mileage was 15 mpg. I was told it would increase and be at or near the sticker mpg after 6000 miles. At 12.000 miles on the odomenter I now get a rousing 19 mpg in town and 22 mpg on the highway. Needless to say, I am disappointed! When I ask about I am told over and over again that I am driving it worng. I was told first by the salesperson and then the manager that the store has a no return and no exchange policy. I were not aware of it because no one told me about this policy. I impulsively ordered a magicjack after seeing it advertised online via cnet, pcmagazine and cbs news but then I saw an article about a lawsuit against the company and then info about it sending ads to your pc so I realized I did not want it.
