I bought a car from Kar-Plus the end of March. I have had so many problems with the vehicle. Father And Son Moving and Storage refuses to accept responsibilty for damages, or even offer any reasonable insurance options. We we consistantly told different rates for our loan and everytime they were called on it, they denied it. Closing costs went from no closing costs to around $5000 after all was said and done. Was quoted $307 for both truck $ tow dolly over the phone- the reason I went with Budget. Upon pickup I was charged $600 dollars. My battery needed replacement so I trusted this place to take good care of me since I live in the neighborhood. The manager suggested the best, Ultima battery, supposedly a 5 year battery. I took my cat Penny in specifically to be treated for feline acne. I was told I had to pay $34 up front when I made the appointment. No other charges were mentioned. Problems with the steel rim (15x5.5 wheels) weld failing on 1998 Ford Windstar vans...it's not a fluke, we're on our third wheel. The weld fails causing air to leak...resulting in a slow leak, and a perpetually low tire. No remedy but to buy new wheels.
