The website charged a subscription fee of $100 per year but began blocking my service provider IP numbers from access to the website, preventing me from viewing any content of newspaper articles in pdf format. This problem has not been remedied after repeated requests from me, verified by my internet service provider, who has tried unsuccessfully to gain access to the content of the website when using my username and password. Sent in the required paperwork. Said they never received it. When I called them, the guy was a real wise-guy to boot. Told me to fax them (long distance call) with copies of all the info. Tonight about 8:00 PM I took my family to pizza hut. We ordered the family of 4 meal which included 2 pizzas, 4 drinks and 10 breadsticks. Please be advised that if you sign up for Time Warner "Price Lock" you are under contract for 2 years, and there is a cancellation fee. I have just spent an hour on the phone with "Ben" and was told that I entered the contract after verification from a third party. Since July, 2008, Rinehart Chrysler Dodge has not been able to fix my 2004 Crossfire that THEY sold me. The latest word from them is that a representative from Daimler Chrysler is flying in to see what can be done. They refused a loaner car without charge. Laurentel, Inc has billed me for a 800 number that I never ordered. They billed me a set-up fee last month. I called and asked what it was about and they said someone had ordered a personal 800 number for me. I told them I don't need an 800 number and to cancel it. They said they would cancel it and refund all my money. Yesterday, I get my new bill, and Laurentel, Inc has charged another $8.64 for this 800 number and 2 local calls. This was all done AFTER I had paid them upon check out. The management was sincere with regret, however, they are the ones who continued to make the billing mistakes. Ordered and recieved 2 kids quads partially assembled. One had no directions to finish putting together. The second had a hole in the gas tank which was only found after a gallon of gas leaked out on my back porch. Customer service was very slow and verbally rude and impatient. I purchased a Duel Fuel Range (plus a refrigerator) less than a year ago.
