1 night stay on 8/19/08. Woke up to find no hot water available. Called to let office know. Not even a phony, half-hearted apology was offered. Charged 109.99 for membership to my credit card without authorization. Called, cancelled membership, and demanded a refund. They said they'd give the refund, but ended up only refunding $64.36. Called back and talked to a manager AGAIN who then "authorized the release of the remaining amount". If you have to go through this, MAKE SURE that you get your FULL refund and not just a partial. Dr. Minas Constantinides is an unethical and sloppy plastic surgeon. He is a slick talking salesman whose primary goal is to upsell you another procedure in addition to the issue you came in for. Made a complaint about my refrigerator, because it was not operating properly it was cutting off fo rlong periods of time and my food would get room temp. Landlord delivered what I thought was going to be a new refigerator, but was garbage. The refrigerator that was delivered was nasty and dirty, it had bugs in it and smelled of mold. Hughesnet Internet Satelite service could possibly be the biggest rip off out there. You have seen the commercials. FASTER than dial up, download music and its all crap. They have what they call( FAP )FAIR ACCESS POLICY claiming that you are limited in a 24 hour period of what you can do on the internet. Here is my complaint. All the gas stations in Jonesboro, Marion, Osceola, Luxora, Kennett, and various other place have all dropped down to $3.35- $3. 42. Why has gary's Food mart and the other blytheville gas stations not had to do this? I'll tell you why!! They are gas price gouging... Back in March I submitted a duplicate payment for my appliances $142.63. I contacted the above number and they stated it would be refunded in 4 to 6 weeks. She acknowledged seeing two payments thru different reference numbers being billed and paid to their Company. I submitted a claim for $636.50 to VPI Pet Insurance along with their required forms for work performed on my dog for a liver problem. Forty Five days letter I received a form denial letter stating that they received my claim form but not the required supporting documents. They could not have received one without the other. I now see in Reader's Digest (O8) that this is one of many tactics employed by this company to deny or stall legitimate claims. A guest at the hotel where I work comes to town child in college here.I gave good customer service to our guest so I was given a Bob Evans gift card they are located next to my place of employment. WageWorks for two years in a row has received a faxed claim from me on 3/31 but claimed it was illegible. 3/31 is the last date you can submit a claim from the previous year. So, they wait a month and then send a letter saying that the claim was illegible, and to re-send it. So, I immediately re-send, but then, of course, they say that the claim is too late. We made an offer on a single family home in Towamencin township on May 16th contingent on a successful home inspection with a deposit of $1000. We choose "option 1" on the agreement of sale. The inspection did not go well and we elected to continue our home search. The realtor says he cannot release the $1000 deposit to us without the seller's signature and the seller refuses to sign. Scott, the service manager at Gunn Nissan and his helper Jeff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and bordered on sexist toward me.
