We wished we had visited this site BEFORE we accepted this company's product. Before making a $1, 094 repair on a customer's vehicle we called for verification of contract holder and coverage. After Heritage sent an adjuster to verify repairs we received authorization to complete the repair. That was 5 months ago. To date we still have not been paid and Administration Services, who handles Heritage's administration, is of no help. They claim they have no way to contact Heritage Insurance. I joined this gym in January of 2005. I have paid my dues all that time. This summer, a special was run at a lower rate that what I am paying. I talked to management and they told me that in order to get that rate I would have to pay $49.95 and then my monthly rate would be adjusted. In my opinion, I think they are punishing the loyal members that have been there for a period of time. The new members are getting a better rate then the present members. I ordered running boards for my new truck over the phone and told the agent that my truck is extended cab. In an effort to help the agent locate this, he asked for a part number. I looked at web site and gave him a part number which turned out to be for a crew cab. After receipt of the boards, I realized, they shipped the wrong boards. Maytag has come out several times to replace an auto damper 6-8 times in my New refrigerator bought in 2006 and now refuse to fix it any further. They say noise is not a reason to fix it as the unit as still works, yet they fixed it in the past. Maytag extended warranty is not worth the money or the paper it is printed on. Even trying to work with the store, Maytag and contacting the BBB is still have to listen to this loud and noisy refrigerator. The company advertises a "free trial" of wrinkle cream. The only requirement is to pay a small shipping fee. I agreed. I followed all of the terms and conditions very carefully, but never received "Travel Request Form" to complete and return. After four months I called and was told that since I had not contacted them earlier, the offer was no longer valid. They said they mailed out my form in late April and I do not doubt that. Patricia Wilson is a scam artist who fancies herself a horse trainer and trader. She swindled our family out of thousands of dollars for a quarter horse that was "completely trained, kid friendly, totally broken". I went on a Carnival Cruise on The Sensation and I meet a very nice gentlemen name Giovanni 2nd engineer. He was very respectful. My friends and I had a wonderful time with him. J.K.Harris sucks! They promise the moon and deliver nothing. I'm actually worse off now with IRS interest and penalties than I was before I contacted J.K.Harris. Stay away from them. This dentist office is the worst. Beware! The dentist must have got his license from a cracker-jack box. He is a huge fat guy who doesn't know what he is doing. The office manager lady is one scary, rude thing too. She is just horrible. This contractor filled cracks & seal coated our driveway November 15, 1907. The next day the sealant & most filled cracks washed off our driveway and onto our lawn, killing the grass. The contractor was paid in full on 11/15. I called J&R the next day and he refused to return and repair the work or refund our money. He said he would return in the spring and reseal the driveway. I hired Citi-Tel to install a computerized (NEC Aspire) telephone system to coordinate calls between my 3 business locations and increase our efficiency. We spent over $10, 000 with this company, but to date have had nothing but headaches from them. Their programmers are not knowledgeable and their customer service is next to nothing. Although the camp is some what new, I attended the adult / child week end program. What I and other parents found it is not what it claims to be.
