Magellan Maestro GPS
September 3, 2008
Do not buy one of these. We bought one and within 1 month the screen was messed up (the pixels were degraded or damaged such that it looks like there are fireworks on the display.) Well, Magellan says it is not covered by their warranty because the screen is a component part that is not manufactured by them. So to get the screen fixed would cost an estimated $150 on this thing we just paid $450 for. Unbelievable. I for one will not be buying any more Magellan Products, and I recommend that you don't either! read full review »

I just returned from the worst motel on South Padre, TX. The little Mexican boy was VERY rude when we had “issues” with the room. First off the smell inside the room was almost enough to make you throw up! We thought, eh just a very cheap motel so smell goes with it. When I went to the restroom, I found the source of the smell. My mother went to Brides by Demetrios in Youngstown, Ohio on July 12th to look for a dress to wear to her grandson's wedding on July 26th. My mother can't drive so my father accompanied her. This company is a rip-off. Tried to send back the luminess airbrush before the end of the 30 day trial, they refused it and sent it back. When I called them to find out why they said it didn't matter since it was now past the 30 days. They have continued to try to make debits on my credit card and threaten collections. September 3, 2008
Our home has been two years in the planning and building. Over a year ago I went to Rock Tops in Saline, MI and met with David Gough. Our architect had specifically designed the kitchen island to be a “showpiece” of the home. It was large (5’ x 9’) but designed so that a single piece of granite would be used as the countertop. At this meeting, I told David that we needed the kitchen island to be a single piece. He assured me this would be no problem. 2 months ago we again met with David to begin to finalize our... read full review »

Devon Energy tears up roads and has Roger's construction to hire paving contractor's and then only pays the paving contractor half of what the job is worth, Then when you call Devon energy they don't respond and all Rogers does is blame it on Devon. They say Devon only wanted to fix the road half way right and they won't pay us for any extra work done so how can we pay you. Well Roger’s construction should not rely on sub contractors to hire paving companies and pretend that to Devon energy that they are doing it. Devon needs to contact me and they know what’s going on or the negative publicity will continue. read full review »

Just threaten the company with the complaint to get the refund. Fill the form out anyway they need to be stopped.
